| Objectives: To analyze the overall research status of lumbricus in the field of traditional Chinese medicine based on the principle of bibliometrics,and to provide reference for grasping the research hotspots and future trends of lumbricus.Based on the basic principles and methods of data mining,the compatibility rules and application characteristics of lumbricus were discussed to provide a basis for the scientific and standardized use of lumbricus.Methods: In terms of bibliometrics,the core literatures related to the application of Dilong in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were taken as the research objects,and the authors,institutions and keywords of the literatures were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace software.According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the research hotspots and frontiers in this field were determined,and the future research trends were grasper.In terms of data mining,all the prescriptions and preparations containing lumbago in the Chinese medicine prescription and Chinese patent medicine prescription database of the Drug intelligence website(https://db.yaozh.com/)were collected,and the basic information such as the use frequency of Chinese medicine and the association of Chinese medicine attributes were analyzed with the help of Microsoft Office Excel 2019.In the analysis of the main diseases,the main TCM was identified according to the frequency of use and the subsequent analysis was conducted.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules,and the support degree,confidence degree and other indicators were used to determine the traditional Chinese medicine combination with high compatibility association.IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 was used for cluster analysis of main traditional Chinese medicine,and the analysis method was group linkage.Results: A total of 740 eligible literatures were included in the bibliometrics,although the annual number of publications shows a downward trend,there are periodic ups and downs.And close cooperation groups mainly from Yangtze University School of Medicine,School of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other institutions.At the same time,Dilong mainly published articles in Chinese medicine journals such as Chinese Medicine Journal,Chinese Materia Medica Journal,Chinese Herbal Medicine and so on.The keywords of lumbricus,medical records,Lumbricus guangensis,clinical application,asthma,children,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,hypoxanthine,insect drugs,Angelica caudata had a high occurrence frequency.The words with high salience intensity were medical records,Angelica tail,children,data mining,asthma,etc.A total of 196 prescriptions were included in the data mining study,involving270 Chinese herbs,and the cumulative frequency of use was 3050.Frequency statistics showed that the efficacy categories of traditional Chinese medicine compatible with Dipterocarpus were mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonating deficiency,clearing heat,etc.Among them,the single Chinese medicine with high compatibility frequency mainly included Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuangxiong,safflower,licorice,red peony,myrrh,etc.The analysis of property and taste tropism showed that these herbs were warm and cold in nature.Taste bitter,spicy;It mainly enters the liver meridian and lung meridian.There are 54 prescriptions for treating stroke and containing dilong,involving 110 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,which were used for 1065 times in total.Among them,there were 15 main Chinese herbs used more than 17 times.In the treatment of stroke,lumbraceum is mostly used in combination with drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying deficiency and relieving surface.The main medicinal properties were warm,bitter and spicy,and the liver meridian and spleen meridian were the most common homing meridians.A total of 54 TCM combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,and the results showed that Ligusticum Chuanxiong,red peony root,safflower and Angelica sinensis were the key combinations of lumbago in the treatment of stroke.Cluster analysis showed that the 15 main herbs for stroke treatment could be divided into 3 categories.Conclusion: The bibliometric study found that the research on traditional Chinese medicine application of lumbricus mainly focused on the research on traditional Chinese medicine itself and its efficacy,and the research on active ingredients and their compatibility.The intensity of cooperation between relevant institutions and main authors is not high,so it is recommended to strengthen the cooperation between organizations and authors.At the same time,high-quality clinical application research should be increased to promote the comprehensive development of this field.Based on the principles and methods of data mining,this study systematically analyzed the composition of traditional Chinese medicine,attribute association,combined use and compatibility of the formula containing lumbricus,discussed the application characteristics of lumbricus in the treatment of stroke,and provided a certain reference for the scientific and standardized use of lumbricus. |
