Objectives: The age distribution and department distribution of bloodstream infection Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)were analyzed, and the drug resistance of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii and its influencing factors were analyzed. Methods: The information of patients with positive blood culture of Acinetobacter baumannii in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from 2017 to2022 were retrospectively collected.According to the drug susceptibility results, the Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanniin(CRAB,n=125)as drug resistant group,Carbapenem sensitive Acinetobacter baumannii(CSAB,n=80)as sensitive group, drug resistance analysis of 125 cases of CRAB were conducted based on drug sensitivity test.Multi-factor Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze risk factors. Results: The 205 patients with AB bloodstream infection included in this study were mostly aged between 60 and 69 years old, accounting for 26.34%.Patients over 60 years old accounted for 49.27%,nearly half of the total detected strains. Most of the departments are intensive care unit and general surgery department.According to the drug sensitivity test results of CRAB detected, the resistance rate of CRAB to β-lactam antibiotics was generally high, and the resistance rate of crab to tetracycline antibiotics tegacycline and minocycline were the lowest, which were 20.80% and 28.93%,respectively.The results of multi-factor Logistics regression analysis showed that the use of ventilators during hospitalization and carbapenem antibiotics in the early stage were independent risk factors for bloodstream infection with CRAB.Conclusions: Tetracycline antibiotics tegacycline and minocycline can be used as guidance for the treatment of bloodstream infection with CRAB in our hospital. For patients with early risk factors of bloodstream infection with CRAB,we should intervene as early as possible, avoid the occurrence of risk factors and use antibiotics reasonably.
