| Under the background of "Healthy China 2030",the national health has become the focus of the people’s attention.As a part of the national health,occupational health has also been highly concerned by all walks of life.At the same time with the continuous progress of science and technology,all walks of life are semi-automated,fully automated trend,but due to the serious polarization of regional economy and industry,there are still a large number of manual operations exist,which manual handling operations are also more common,such as logistics company loading and unloading,moving company packaging and loading and unloading car,express industry sorting,distribution,the distribution process of the wholesale industry,the loading and unloading of materials on the assembly line in the manufacturing plant,etc.,such operations are intensive,long time and high repeatability,which are easy to cause the operators to suffer from occupational diseases due to long-term fatigue.Based on the actual investigation of the wholesale distribution site,this paper designed the manual handling experiment under different lifting heights for the common cargo warehousing and stocking tasks.Human physiological signal acquisition system(Biopac MP150)was used to collect the surface electromyographic signals of the erector spine and trapetrapus muscles of the subjects under different lifting heights,then the original signal was processed and analyzed to study the change rule of various EMG indicators,and then the correlation analysis was made between the EMG indicators and the subjective fatigue evaluation value to explore the relationship between the indicators and the subjective fatigue evaluation value.Then,action analysis was carried out on the operational actions of the subjects in the test process,and the time series as the link combined with the change trend of the frequency domain indicator MF to explore the change rule of the number of invalid motilin under different lifting heights.Finally,based on the principles of motion economy and ECRS,the improvement plan is proposed.Work improvement is carried out by eliminating the number of inactive motility,raising the awareness of working with both hands,improving the working environment and arranging rest time,so as to meet the economic benefits of the enterprise and protect the health of the staff and avoid occupational diseases caused by long-term muscle fatigue. |
