Objective: To investigate the differences of bone metabolism and serum endocrine hormones between central precocious puberty girls and simple early breast development girls,and to provide reference for early identification of the two diseases.Methods: Retrospective analysis was made on the children with central precocious puberty who had been diagnosed and treated in the department of pediatrics in our hospital in the past five years.Finally,40 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and 40 children who were hospitalized in the same period,diagnosed as simple breast precocious development and with complete data were randomly collected as the control group with our hospital.(1)Statistical clinical characteristics and other relevant data were collected;(2)Collect the peripheral blood of the subjects,and detect the indicators of each sample: ALP,IGF-1,TSH,FT4,FT3,LH,FSH,LH/FSH,25 hydroxyvitamin D,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,estradiol,prolactin and AFP.Results:(1)The study found that the age and BMI levels were the same in the two groups of children,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);ALP,IGF-1,LH,FSH,LH/FSH in the central precocious group were significantly higher than those in the simple precocious group(P<0.05);FT4 was lower than that in the simple early breast development group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,estradiol,prolactin and AFP(P>0.05)Using binary logistic regression analysis,it was found that the increase of LH level,the increase of LH/FSH level and the decrease of FT4 were the independent influencing factors for the development of CPP in children with PT(all P<0.05)The ROC curve indicates that the area under the FT4 absolute value curve is less than 0.5,and the prediction value is small;The area under the combined prediction factor,LH and LH/FSH curves is0.816,0.711 and 0.734 respectively,which is of great prediction value.Conclusion:The basal LH,FSH,LH/FSH,ALP and IGF-1 levels in central precocious puberty girls were higher than those in simple early breast development girls,and FT4 levels were lower than those in simple early breast development girls. |
