Objective:To investigate the correlation between the polymorphism of bradykinin receptor B2(BKRB2)gene and knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients with liver-kidney deficiency,Analyze the relationship between different genotypes and basic information of KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency,as well as the relationship between inflammatory indicators such as red blood cell sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein.Methods:31 KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were set as the observation group,and 29 non-KOA patients who were hospitalized in our hospital at the same time were set as the control group.When all subjects were enrolled,5ml of peripheral venous blood was collected for BKRB2 genotype detection,Simultaneously collecting and summarizing basic patient information and laboratory indicators,and the severity of disease was evaluated by the clinical commonly used Kellgren-Lawrence grading.The correlation between basic information of KOA,severity of disease,BKKR2 genotype,c-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate was analyzed.Results : There was no significant difference in the BKBR2 gene polymorphism between the KOA patients with liver-kidney deficiency and the control group(P>0.05);The sex,age,occupation,BMI and family history of KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency were significantly different from those of the control group P;The ESR of KOA patients with liver-kidney deficiency was higher than that of non-KOA group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in C-reactive protein values between the groups(P>0.05);The distribution of K-L grades less than or equal to 3 and more than 3 in the observation group was statistically significant(P=0.016<0.05),and the difference between CC and TCCC and TT was statistically significant(P<0.05)among different genotypes.Conclusion:There was no significant correlation between the polymorphism of BKBR2 gene and KOA patients with liver and kidney deficiency;The genotype CC and TC,CC and TT at rs1799722 in patients with KOA of liver-kidney deficiency type may be related to the severity of KOA,the genotype of this locus can serve as a dialectical indicator for liver kidney deficiency type KOA. |
