| Objective : The purpose of this study is to understand the research progress and hot spots of public health resource allocation through bibliometrics,to evaluate the allocation of public health resources in Xinjiang ’s professional public health institutions,and to evaluate their fairness and efficiency,to explore the problems existing in the allocation of public health resources in Xinjiang ’s professional public health institutions,and to put forward specific reform measures,so as to provide reference for relevant government departments to improve public health resource allocation policies.Methods :(1)Using Cite Space software to analyze high-frequency keywords,grasp the research methods,current situation,hotspots and future development direction of public health resource allocation.(2)Using the health resources agglomeration degree to analyze the fairness of public health resources allocation in Xinjiang and national professional public health institutions.(3)Data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the efficiency of public health resource allocation in professional public health institutions from 2012 to 2021.Results:(1)The top two keywords with high frequency are ’ health resource allocation ’and ’ fairness ’.There are ’ public health resources ’ and ’ total health expenditure ’ with high centrality,which are 0.47 and 0.28 respectively.(2)The number of centers for disease prevention and control in the composition of professional public health institutions in Xinjiang decreased by 153,and the number of health technicians in the institutions decreased by 891 during the period from 2012 to 2017.The number of beds in specialized disease prevention and control hospitals and emergency centers in Xinjiang professional public health institutions was reduced to 35 and 15,respectively.(3)The agglomeration degree of professional public health institutions,public health personnel and public health beds in Xinjiang is less than 1.The minimum ratio of agglomeration degree of professional public health institutions to population agglomeration degree is 1.167,which is greater than 1.The maximum ratios of public health personnel and bed resource agglomeration to population agglomeration were 0.739 and 0.820,respectively,which were less than 1.Conclusion: The academic circles pay more and more attention to the research on the allocation of public health resources,and the total number of publications is increasing.The unreasonable establishment of professional public health institutions,the loss of public health technicians and the continuous reduction of public health beds in some institutions;the allocation of public health resources is not fair by geography and population,and the efficiency of resource allocation still has room for improvement. |
