Objective: The clinical features of exercise-related acute kidney injury were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical warning indicators were discussed.Method:The clinical data of 87 patients with exercise-related kidney injury admitted to the General Hospital of Xin Jiang Military Command from June 2012 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether acute kidney injury(AKI)occurred: AKI group(n=32)and non-AKI group(n=55).SPSS26.0 software was used to compare the differences in clinical indicators between the two groups,and the correlation of each indicator was analyzed.Multi-factor Logistic regression was used to analyze the susceptibility factors for AKI in patients with exercise-related kidney injury,and ROC curve was further used to evaluate its early warning value.Results: Compared with the non-combined AKI group,the exercise-related AKI group had a longer hospital stay and was more likely to be complicated with albuminuria,rhabdomyolysis and hypocalcaemia.The levels of serum creatinine,serum cystatin C,blood urea nitrogen,uric acid,white blood cell count,myoglobin,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxalacetic aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,blood lactic acid and NLR were significantly increased in exercise-related AKI group.e GFR value decreased(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that cystatin C(OR:1.008,P=0.006)and NLR>7.316(OR:13.293,P=0.028)were influencing factors for AKI in patients with exercise-related kidney injury(P < 0.05).ROC curve results showed that cystatin C combined with NLR prediction group had the largest area under the curve(AUC=0.972),and the area under the curve of NLR and Cy C separately were 0.922 and0.958,respectively.Conclusions: Intense exercise is likely to cause rhabdomyolysis and AKI.The increase of cystatin C and NLR is a predispose factor for AKI in exercise-related kidney injury.NLR has an important predictive value in predicting exercise-related AKI,and the combined detection of NLR and cystatin C is better.
