| Objective:To explore the role of interleukin-27(IL-27)in acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,Clinical significance of NSTEMI in patients with heart failure(HF).Methods: Seventy cases of NSTEMI patients with heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were included as the experimental group, and 60 cases of stable angina patients admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.According to Killip grading, the experimental group was divided into cardiac function I+II group,III group and IV group, and the expression of IL-27,BNP and LVEF in plasma of each group was compared. The correlation between IL-27 and BNP and LVEF was further analyzed. Results: The level of IL-27 in plasma of NSTEMI patients with heart failure was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the level of IL-27 in plasma of NSTEMI patients with heart failure increased sequentially with the increase of cardiac function grade. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that plasma IL-27 level was positively correlated with BNP(r=0.249,P<0.05)and PCT(r=0.191,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with LVEF(r=-0.407,P<0.001).Conclusion: Plasma IL-27 may serve as a new inflammatory factor in evaluating NSTEMI and as a predictor of disease severity in heart failure patients. |
