| Objective: To analyze the changes of serum T lymphocytes(CD4,CD8),SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125 before and after treatment in patients with cervical cancer to evaluate the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Method: 72 patients with advanced cervical cancer who received radical radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected to establish a database including clinical features and biomarkers.Part of the patients were asked about the reexamination results by telephone and information.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between clinical features and biomarkers.Paired T test was used to analyze the comparison of serum SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T ratio before and after radiotherapy.According to WHO Evaluation on Efficacy of solid tumors(RECIST),patients were divided into sensitive group 16,insensitive group 56.According to the decreased percentage of SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T after radiotherapy, they were divided into < 40% group,40%-60% group, and > 60%group.Results: 72 cases of cervical cancer patients with degree of differentiation and SCC,CD4 significantly(P < 0.05);After radiotherapy for cervical cancer patients serum SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4 + T,CD8+ T,CD4 +T/CD8 + T ratio index, compared with before radiotherapy significantly reduced(P < 0.001);Sensitive group: After radiotherapy,SCC,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T ratio index decreased compared with before radiotherapy, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The ratio of SCC,CYFRA21-1,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T decreased in percentage, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the ratio of CA125 and CD4+T decreased in percentage, without statistical significance(P > 0.05).In insensitive group, the ratio indexes of SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4+T,CD8+T and CD4+ T/CD8 + T after radiotherapy were lower than those before radiotherapy, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001).The ratio of SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+ T/CD8+ T decreased by statistically significant percentages(P < 0.001).The percentages of SCC,CYFRA21-1,CA125,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T decreased in < 40%,40%-60%and > 60% groups(p < 0.001).Conclusion: the serum levels of SCC,CA125,CD4,CD8,CYFRA21-1 level change is closely related to the patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy curative effect, cannot be completely used as an effective indicator to assess cervical cancer postoperative radiotherapy. |
