| Objective: To investigate the effects of minimum and average blood oxygen saturation, and the duration of blood oxygen saturation<85% on patients with different degrees of OSAS and hypertension. Methods: Patients who underwent polysomnography monitoring at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to May2021 were selected as research subjects.According to the AHI scores of polysomnography monitoring results, they were divided into mild OSAS with hypertension group(n=86),moderate OSAS with hypertension group(n=84),and severe OSAS with hypertension group(n=88).Compare the mean oxygen saturation, minimum oxygen saturation, time of oxygen saturation<85%,aldosterone(lying upright position),and angiotensin(lying upright position)among the three groups of patients.Pearson correlation analysis, univariate linear regression analysis, and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used between the three groups to calculate their 95% confidence interval and determine blood oxygen saturation. Results: There were significant differences in mean blood oxygen saturation(P.The single factor influencing the severity of OSAS was included in a multivariate logistic regression analysis. The multivariate logistic regression analysis results for the mild, moderate, and severe groups showed that the average blood oxygen saturation(OR=0.727,P<0.05),the lowest blood oxygen saturation(OR=0.663 P<0.05),the time when the blood oxygen saturation was less than 85%(OR=1.003,P<0.05),and aldosterone(OR=1.014,P<0.05),Among them, the lowest blood oxygen saturation(r=-0.774,P<0.05)is the most closely related to AHI,showing a high correlation. Conclusion: In OSAS patients with hypertension, the lowest oxygen saturation and AHI values are highly negatively correlated. The lower the lowest oxygen saturation, the higher the AHI index, and the more severe the sleep apnea syndrome in OSAS patients. In OSAS patients with hypertension, aldosterone is an independent risk factor that affects the severity of OSAS.Each unit of increase in aldosterone increases the risk of severe OSAS by 1.004 times compared to the previous period. The risk of severe OSAS increased by 1.003 times for each unit of increased blood oxygen saturation less than 85%. |
