| Objective:To construct a sensitive quality index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with breast cancer after surgery,and to provide reference for nursing managers and clinical nursing staff to evaluate the quality of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with breast cancer after surgery scientifically.Methods:With Donabedian’s "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality structure model as the theoretical framework,literature research,semi-structured interview,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to establish the sensitive quality index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with breast cancer after surgery and the weight of each index.A total of 90 patients admitted to the breast surgery department of a Grade A hospital in Urumqi,Xinjiang from February to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.The control group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing after breast cancer surgery and routine nursing quality management mode,the experimental group was based on the control group rapid rehabilitation nursing sensitive quality indicators for nursing quality management of patients after breast cancer surgery,compared the two groups of lymphedema incidence,patients early functional exercise compliance rate,average length of hospital stay,discharge patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction.Results:A total of 2rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted,and the effective recoveries of the two rounds of expert letter consultation questionnaires were 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.861 and 0.875,respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of expert opinions were 0.402 and 0.410,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Finally,a sensitive quality index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing for postoperative breast cancer patients was formed,including 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and13 third-level indicators.The consistency ratio of indicators at all levels is less than 0.1,indicating that the weight of indicators is set reasonably.The results of the empirical study showed that the incidence of lymphedema and the average length of hospital stay in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after the implementation of nursing sensitive quality index,and the compliance rate of patients with early functional exercise,discharged patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The established sensitive quality index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with breast cancer after operation is standard,practical and in line with the special characteristics of breast cancer.The implementation of nursing sensitive quality index management for postoperative breast cancer patients can reduce the incidence of lymphedema of affected limb,shorten the average length of hospital stay,improve the compliance rate of early functional exercise,discharge patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction,which has certain practicability and maneuverability. |
