Objective: To understand the differences between tuberculosis latent infection(Latent Tuberculosis Infection,LTBI)and control crowd in close contacts of tuberculosis,analyze the relevant influencing factors,explore the correlation between LTBI and cytokines,and provide suggestions and reference for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.Methods: Select close contacts of tuberculosis in Urumqi from 2021 to 2022;conduct tuberculin test(Tuberculin Skin Test,TST)to obtain the status of LTBI and control group;collect biological samples to test the levels of four cytokines of family close contacts.The questionnaire includes: basic demographic characteristics,personal protective measures,living environment,personal life behavior and knowledge of tuberculosis.The cytokines tested were: γ-interferon(Interferon-GAMMA,IFN-γ),interleukin 10(Interleukin 10,IL-10),tumor necrosis factor α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α),and CXC chemokine 5(C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 5,CXCL-5).To analyze the influencing factors related to LTBI,univariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis;under the premise of controlling related influencing factors,include cytofactors in regression model to analyze the correlation with LTBI;and construct structural equation model to further analyze the association between the two.Results:(1)Among the 288 total family close contacts,96 cases were LTBI,accounting for 33.33%.Unifactor: the two groups showed statistical differences in age,occupation,education level,marital status,ventilation time,daily contact time,potted planting,activated carbon consumption,animal liver and coffee consumption(P <0.05);multifactor logistic regression model showed that education level was junior high school and junior college or above,daily contact time greater than 8 hours,never animal liver consumption and daily coffee consumption were the LTBI risk factors.(2)In the association analysis of cytokines and LTBI,LTBI was associated with cytokines.(3)The structural equation model shows that each structure surface in the model has good reliability and validity,and the model fits well,indicating that the research model is reasonable.The cytokines TNF-α and IL-10 were associated with LTBI,with no association between CXCL5,IFN-γ and LTBI.Conclusion:Gradually implement tuberculosis prevention to prevent latent infection and occurrence of tuberculosis in close contacts.The participation of cytokines in immune response and is associated with the latent TB infection.Clinically,early intervention of latent TB infection can be conducted by monitoring their level,so as to provide reference for the subsequent prevention and control of tuberculosis. |
