Objective:To explore the main influencing factors of heart failure(HF)in hospitalized patients after acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and analyze its predictive value for heart failure in hospitalized patients.Methods:1845 patients with AMI from January 2017 to June 2020 were retrospectively reviewed, and they were divided into a heart failure group(778 cases)and a control group(1067 cases)according to cardiac function. We analyzed risk factors affecting heart failure by multivariate logistic regression.ROC curves of different indicators were drawn and evaluated their predictive value for hospitalized patients with heart failure after AMI.Result:The incidence of heart failure in hospital after AMI was 42.2%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that women, history of diabetes, atrial fibrillation, higher age, higher leukocyte count, uric acid, pulse,Gensini score, and low hemoglobin, triglycerides were independent risk factors for heart failure after AMI(P <0.05).The ROC curve suggested that Gensini score and age had better predictive efficacy on heart failure after AMI,and the combination had higher predictive value(area under ROC curve 0.700),the sensitivity and specificity were 0.737 and 0.573,respectively.Conclusion:A variety of factors such as female, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, age and so on were associated with heart failure in hospitalized patients after AMI.The Gensini score combined with age can predict the occurrence of in-hospital heart failure after AMI more accurately.
