Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of repeated cranial electric stimulation of auditory dizziness in the treatment of Vestibular migraine(VM),and to compare it with the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of VM with acupuncture, and guide clinical treatment.Method:In this study,72 patients were included according to the diagnostic criteria of VM,and were divided into control group and treatment group according to the sequence of patient visits and according to the random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group and the treatment group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally. The control group was treated with acupuncture at acupoints such as dizzy Listening area,Fengchi,Neiguan,Baihui,Fenglong,Taichong and Xingjian. After obtaining qi,the needle was left for 30 minutes. On the basis of acupoint selection, the treatment group was treated with transcranial repetitive manipulation combined with electroacupuncture to stimulate bilateral auditory fainting areas. After 2~3min of transcranial repetitive stimulation in the auditory fainting areas, the treatment group was connected with Changzhou Yingdi KWD-808I multifunctional pulse electrotherapy instrument.Continuous wave, frequency of 100Hz,was selected for 30min,and then the transcranial repetitive stimulation was performed for 2~3min before starting acupuncture. Two groups of patients were treated once a day, continuous acupuncture for 6 days,1 day off,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The scoring system of vertigo Rating Scale, vertigo disorder scale and visual analog scoring scale before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups respectively as evaluation indexes to evaluate the difference in efficacy between the two groups.Result:In this study,a total of 69 patients completed treatment, with 1 case shedding in the treatment group and 2 cases shedding in the control group.1.Independent sample T-test orχ~2analysis showed no statistical difference in gender, there were significant differences in age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the score system of vertigo rating scale, score of vertigo disorder scale and score of visual analog scale were all better than before treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment, the data of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups:in the treatment group,8 cases were basically cured,19 cases were effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.29%.In the control group,2 cases were basically cured,10 cases were effective,14 cases were obvious effective and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.47%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the vertigo degree of both the transcranial repeated electrical stimulation group and the conventional acupuncture group was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment, and was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Both transcranial repeated electrical stimulation and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of vestibular migraine have achieved good clinical efficacy.2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, repetitive transcranial electrical stimulation of the auditory dizziness area has a more significant effect in the treatment of vestibular migraine, which can significantly improve the vertigo symptoms and headache degree of patients, shorten the duration of vertigo attack, improve the quality of life and work, improve the psychological state of patients, and improve the social adaptation function.
