| Objective:The aim of the study is to observe the effects of needling acupoints and meridian nodes on the joint movement to separate movement of upper limbs after stroke, and to provide ideas and reference for acupuncture treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke. Methods:A total of 64 subjects who met the criteria were included in the first ward of the Acupuncture Department of the second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine.Following the principles of randomization and blind method, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the ratio of 1:1,each group has 32 patients. All patients in each group were given routine diagnosis and treatment of neurology department and symptomatic support treatment. The control group was treated with electroacupuncture on the upper limb traditional acupoints and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at acupoints and meridian junction on the basis of the control group twice a day for 6 consecutive days and 1 day for rest. One week was a course of treatment, for a total of 4 courses. The simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)motor function scale,Wolf motor function test(WMFT)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were observed before the treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.Analysis of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.63% and 70.97%,respectively,and the difference was comparable(P<0.05),suggesting that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Compared to before treatment,FMA scores in both groups were increased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks’ treatment(P<0.01)and FMA scores of the treatment group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks’ treatment were significantly increased compared with the traditional acupuncture group(P<0.001).In addition,in the FMA scale, the scores of separate movement were significantly increased after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.001).The scores of coordination and speed were significantly increased after treatment, with statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.01).3.Compared to no treatment, the WMFT scores of the two groups were significantly increased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks’ treatment(P<0.01),and WMFT scores of the treatment group were significantly increased after 2weeks and 4 weeks’ treatment compared with the control group(P<0.001).4.Compared with no treatment, the MBI scores of the two groups were higher after 2 weeks’ treatment(P<0.001),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 2 weeks’ treatment(P<0.01)and 4 weeks’ treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture through tendon joint method and traditional method both can promote the transformation of upper limbs from joint motion to separate motion after stroke, and the effect of acupuncture through tendon joint method is better.2.The effect on improving upper limb’s separate movement scores, coordination and speed scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Acupuncture at the meridian joint of tendons group and the traditional acupoints group were both effective in improving the motor function of the upper limbs and improving the ability of daily living activities, and the efficacy of acupuncture at the meridian joint of tendons was better. |
