Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Siwu Decoction And Liuweidihuang Decoction With Addition And Reduction Compound Minoxidil Tincture In The Treatment Of Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type Ofalopeciaareata

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Siwu Decoction combined with Liuweidihuang Decoction with addition and reduction combined with Minoxidil Tincture in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type of alopecia areata,and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods:64 patients who met the inclusion criteria for blood deficiency and wind dryness pattern alopecia areata were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given Siwu Decontion combined with Liuweidihuang Decoction with addition and reduction orally,while patients in the control group were given Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets orally.Both groups were given Minoxidil Tincture applied externally to the affected areas of alopecia areata.4 weeks of treatment was a course of treatment,12 weeks of continuous treatment,and both groups of the patients were treated for a total of 3 sessions.The lesion scores and TCM symptom scores of each group were recorded before,after 4 weeks,after 8 weeks and after 12 weeks of treatment;the quality of life scores were recorded before and after the 12-week treatment course;the clinical efficacy was determined at the end of treatment.The information was statistically processed and data analyzed by SPSS26.0 software system.Results:1.At the end of treatment,the lesion scores,TCM symptom scores and quality-of-life scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared between the two groups of patients,the treatment group had better lesion scores,TCM symptom scores and quality-of-life scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.At the end of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 86.67%;the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 73.33%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Siwu Decoction combined with Liuweidihuang Decoction with addition and reduction combined with Minoxidil Tincture can significantly improve the symptoms of skin lesions in patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness type of alopecia areata,reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of patients,which has clear clinical efficacy.2.Based on the external application of Minoxidil Tincture,the effect of Siwu Decoction combined with Liuweidihuang Decoction with addition and reduction was more significant than Compound Giycyrrhizin Tablets,and there is no apparent side effects.
