Clinical Observation Of Self-Designed Qushi Huoxue Decoction Encapsulation Therapy In The Adjuvant Treatment Of Femoral Swelling

Objective:To explore the efficacy and advantages of this method in the treatment of femoral swelling by observing the clinical efficacy of self-designed Qushi Huoxue decotion encapsulation therapy in the adjuvant treatment of femoral swelling,and to provite a new choice for the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for femoral swelling.Methods :In this study,patients who visited the peripheral vascular disease department of the First Hospital Affiliated of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 and were diagnosed with femoral swelling disease in Chinese medicine and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs in Western medicine were selected as the study subjects.48 patients met the inclusion criteria and were random ly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 24 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment first,and then on this basis,the control group was given magnesium sulfate wet compress ,and the treatment group was given self-designed Qushi Huoxue decotion encapsulation therapy,and the total course of treatment was 14 days.The overall efficacy,clinical symptoms(pain,skin temperature,skin color),physical signs(degree of swelling of the affected limb),scores of auxiliary examinations(color Doppler ultrasound of the lower limb),and changes in the circumference difference between the affected limb and the healthy limb and D-dimer values were observed before and after the treatment in both groups,and the safety of the treatment was evaluated by blood,urine,biochemical and other laboratory indexes.Result:1.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of general conditions,scores,circumferential differences and D-dimer values between the two groups of patients before treatment,which were comparable;2.After 14 days of treatment in both groups,the therapeutic effect was significantly improved(P<0.05),the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 91.67% and that of patients in the control group was82.61%,and the significant rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);3.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms(pain,skin temperature,skin color),signs(degree of swelling)and scores of auxiliary examinations(color Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs)of patients in both groups showed significant improvement(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);4.After 14 days of treatment,the circumferential difference between the affected limb and the healthy limb improved in both groups,and the improvement of the circumferential difference in the treatment group was found to be better than that in the control group by statistical analysis(P<0.05);5.After 14 days of treatment,the D-dimer values of both groups improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Self-designed Qushi Huoxue decotion encapsulation therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,signs,color Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs,circumference difference and D-dimer value of patients,and the efficacy is better than magnesium sulfate wet compress ;2.The efficacy and safety of the Self-designed Qushi Huoxue decotion encapsulation therapy are exact and high,easy to use and operate,which has good clinical application value and is suitable for promotion.
