Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Lieque Acupoint(LI7) Plaster Oncancer Pain Of Lung Cancer With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Based On Real World Study

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lieque(IL17)acupoint patch combined with analgesic drugs on the treatment of mild and moderate lung cancer pain(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)by using real world research method.Methods:A total of 66 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were collected according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 33 patients in each group.The control group was guided to use analgesic drugs according to the "National Cancer Comprehensive Network(NCCN)Clinical Practice Guidelines for adult cancer pain",and the treatment group was combined with Lieque(IL17)acupoint patch on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.The changes of serum inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α,NRS score,SF-MPQ-2 score,Karnofsky score,TCM primary and secondary symptom score and total score of TCM symptoms were observed and recorded before and after treatment,as well as the evaluation of pain and TCM symptoms.Results:1.The levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6 and TNFα decreased after treatment in both groups,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the NRS score of the two groups decreased,but the NRS score of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).3.Comparing the SF-MPQ-2 scores of the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that the pain scores of persistent pain,intermittent pain and neuropathic pain and emotion description scores decreased significantly in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference in emotion description scores between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the card score increased,the score of primary and secondary symptoms and the total score of TCM symptoms decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),while those in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the effective rate of pain evaluation was 90.32%in the treatment group and 78.12%in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group and 72.41%in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with simple analgesics,Lieque(IL17)acupoint patch combined with analgesics has better effect on reducing the expression levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with lung cancer pain of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.2.Lieque(IL17)acupoint patch combined with analgesics can relieve the pain and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lung cancer pain of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and improve the quality of life.However,the efficacy of affective description in the Chinese version of McGill Pain Questionnaire-2(Chinese SF-MPQ-2)was not significantly better than that of analgesics alone.
