Objective:Ob serve the clinical efficacy of "Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture Method" in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.Explore the acupoint selection and technique basis,through the comparison of the "Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture Method" with conventional acupuncture methods,further optimization of the clinical treatment plan to improve the quality of life of patients in order to promote its use in the clinic.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with vascular cognitive impairment were selected and randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(3 4 cases)according to the numeric table method.The observation group was treated with Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture Method,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture method.The patients in both groups were treated once a day,6 days a week,1 day off,for a total of 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared as well as the changes in MMSE score,MoCA score,IADL score,GDS grade,serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was better than 76%of the control group(P<0.05);the MMSE score and MoCA score of both groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the IADL score,GDS grade,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of both the "Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture" and the conventional acupuncture method for the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment is effective,and the clinical efficacy of the "Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture" is better than that of the conventional acupuncture method.2.Xingshen Tongluo Yizhi Acupuncture can effectively treat VCI,improve cognitive function and daily living ability of VCI patients,and effectively improve the level of related serum inflammatory factors,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical practice and has clinical application value. |
