| Objective:In this study, under the guidance of the meridian theory of Chinese medicine,we applied the method of governor moxibustion to intervene in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and explored its nursing effect, safety, and scalability. This study provides a theoretical and clinical basis for the application of the governor moxibustion method to pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and provides a proven solution for women’s health care and intervention of PID in Chinese medicine. Methods:Through the production of posters and public numbers,76 patients with PID of qi stagnation and blood stasis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and attended the gynecology department of a tertiary care hospital in Harbin were recruited and randomly divided into a control group and a test group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional PID care program for 4 weeks, and the experimental group was treated with the conventional PID care program based on the implementation of governor moxibustion, with the treatment frequency of governor moxibustion being once a week, two weeks as a course of treatment, and stopping moxibustion during menstruation. The effect of the c are was evaluated comprehensively by analyzing the McCormack scale score of pelvic signs,TCM symptom score,VAS score of lower abdominal pain, white blood cell count,C-reactive protein(CRP)and pelvic effusion before and after the intervention.Results:1.baseline level condition:general information,McCormack scale, lower abdominal pain VAS score and laboratory tests were compared between the two groups before intervention, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline conditions of patients in the two groups were basically the same and comparable between the two groups.2.pelvic signs McCormack scale:(1)When compared within groups before and after the intervention, patients in both groups showed different degrees of decrease, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),indicating that the pelvic signs of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were reduced in both groups.(2)Comparing between the two groups after the intervention, the improvement of pelvic signs of pelvic inflammatory disease in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.Chinese medicine evidence points:(1)The total points of patients in both groups decreased before and after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),indicating that the TCM symptoms of patients in both groups improved.(2)In the comparison between the two groups after the intervention, the improvement of the TCM syndrome points in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).4.lower abdominal pain VAS scores:(1)When compared within the group before and after the intervention, the total points of patients in both groups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),which indicates that the TCM symptoms of patients in both groups improved.(2)When comparing between the two groups after the intervention, the improvement of the TCM symptom score in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the variation was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Blood routine examination(1)When compared within groups before and after the intervention, white blood cell(WBC)counts and CRP decreased in both groups with statistically significant differences(P<0.001),indicating a significant decrease in WBC counts and CRP in both groups after the intervention.(2)When compared between the two groups after the intervention, the difference in white blood cell(WBC)counts between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the decrease in WBC counts between the control and test groups;however, the degree of decrease in CRP in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).6.Pelvic ultrasound(pelvic effusion).(1)In the intra-group comparison before and after the intervention, the pelvic effusion decreased in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),indicating that the TCM symptoms improved in both groups.(2)After the intervention, the test group was better than the control group, with a highly significant statistical difference(P<0.001).Conclusions:1.the governor moxibustion can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases with qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.moxibustion can promote the regression of TCM symptoms in patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases with qi stagnation and blood stasis.3.The use of the governor moxibustion technique is safe and effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and it is of value in clinical practice. |
