Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after cerebral apoplexy by scalp-extremity interactive rerabilitation and dynamic qi acupuncture. Methods:The 120 patients with upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Both groups gave basic treatment, treatment once a day,1 day of rest after 6 days of continuous treatment,3 weeks as 1 course,a total of 1course of treatment. The control group received rehabilitation training after acupuncture treatment;the treatment group retained acupuncture for rehabilitation training.Simple Fugl-Meyer scale(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)score, modified Ashworth spasticity scale were observed before and after treatment(Modified Ashworth Scale,MAS),Modified Barthel index(Modified Barthel index,MBI)scores.Result:1.The difference of FMA,MAS,and MBI scores improved significantly after treatment(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).2.The total response rate of the two groups in the treatment group was95% and 80% in the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the total response rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Scalp-extremity interactive rerabilitation and dynamic qi acupuncture.combined rehabilitation training can Improve the upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke, relieve the spasticity of patients, improve the ability of daily living of patients.2.The therapeutic effect of scalp-extremity interactive rerabilitation and dynamic qi acupuncture in the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke is better than acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.
