Effect Of Acupuncture On Heary Rate Variability In Patients With Lacunar Cerebral Infarction During The Recovery Period By Acupuncture At Tongtian Acupuncture Point Through Louque Points

OBJECTIVE:To observe the changes of time domain indexes(RMSSD,SDNN)and frequency domain indexes(ULF,VLF,HF,LF,LF/HF)of heart rate variability in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction during the recovery period by acupuncture of bilateral Tongtian acupuncture point through Luoque points.To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the autonomic function of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction by acupuncture at Tongtian and Luoque points,and to provide a therapeutic basis for clinical head acupuncture using Tongtian and Luoque points in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction.METHODS:Recruited 40 outpatients with lacunar cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria,aged 40-80 years,with an average age of 50.93 ± 7.30 years.The Hea Link-R211 B dynamic heart rate recorder was used to record the average value of time domain and frequency domain data in each time period before and after 5 minutes of resting time point in resting state.The time domain and frequency domain index data of the time point of needle insertion,the time point of needle line and the time point after needle withdrawal were taken as the average value of 5 minutes before and after each point for experimental research.The time domain indexes included the root mean square of the difference between adjacent intervals(RMSSD)and the standard deviation of normal sinus interval(SDNN).Frequency domain indicators include low frequency power(LF)mediated by both sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves,high frequency power(HF)affected by parasympathetic nerves alone,balance reflecting autonomic nervous system tension(LF / HF),ultra-low frequency power(ULF)and very low frequency power(VLF).The data obtained were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS 23.0 software.After data conversion,paired sample T test was used to analyze the data that met the normal distribution,and non-parametric test was used to analyze the data that did not meet the normal distribution.The test results were statistically significant at P < 0.05.Results:1 Time-domain indicators:The RMSSD value at 5 min after each time point was compared with that at 5 min after rest,the value increased slightly,but there was no statistical significance,P > 0.05.The value of SDNN at 5 min after each time point was significantly higher than that at 5 min after resting,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.2 Frequency domain indicators:The values of LF,HF,ULF,VLF and HF / LF were significantly higher than those at 5min after resting at each time point,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusions:1Acupuncture at Tongtian and Luoque can improve heart rate variability in patients with LI during recovery.2Acupuncture at Tongtian and Luoque point can increase sympathetic nerve activity in patients with LI in recovery period,and re-regulate the balance of autonomic nerve.3Acupuncture at Tongtian and Luoque has a positive regulatory effect on the autonomic nerve function of patients with LI in the recovery period,and there are immediate effects and residual effect in the acupuncture process.
