Research Of Tongue Features Of Leukopenia After Chemotherapy In Gastric Cancer And Treatmeng Effect Of Shiquan Dabu Decoction

Purpose:Shiquan Dabu Decoction has the effect of warming qi and replenishing blood,and is good at treating deficiency and overworking syndrome.In this study,by observing the tongue features of such patients,the etiology and characteristics of leukopenia after chemotherapy in gastric cancer are explored.Meanwhile,Shiquan Dabu Decoction are used to treat leukopenia after chemotherapy in gastric cancer.By observing TCM symptoms and related blood indexes of patients are included in the observation criteria of therapeutic effect.The therapeutic effect of Shiquan Dabu Decoction are explored on this disease.Method:Sixty patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy complying with this experiment standard were divided into control group and treatment group by random number method.The control group was treated with Diyu Shengbai tablet.The treatment group was treated with Shiquan Dabu decoction.Tongue feature,TCM syndrome score,WBC,ANC,KPS of the two groups would be observed and compared.SPSS 26.0 would be used for data processing and statistical analysis.Results:1.60 patients’ tongue color distribution is light red tongue(75%),dark red tongue(13%),light purple tongue(7%),dark purple tongue(5%).The color distribution of moss is little(55%),white(32%),yellow(13%).2.After treatment,the treatment group has a better improvement effect on the tongue features such as decay,dryness,ecchymosis and punctures compared with untreated(P<0.05).The treatment group has a better improvement effect on the tongue features such as decay and ecchymosis compared with the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,WBC,ANC and KPS of the treatment group have statistical difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.The WBC and ANC levels of patients with light red tongue in the treatment group have statistical difference compared with patients with other tongue colors(P<0.05).the WBC and ANC levels of white moss patients in the treatment group has statistical difference compared with the patients with other moss patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The tongue color of gastric cancer patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy is mainly light red tongue,while dark red tongue and purple tongue are rare.Less moss is the most tongue coating,and the account of white moss is second,and yellow moss is the fewest.2.Shiquan Dabu Decoction can improve the tongue features of the patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in gastric cancer,such as decay,dryness,ecchymosis and punctures.3.Shiquan Dabu decoction can increase the count of WBC and ANC in patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in gastric cancer,and improve their clinical symptoms and their quality of life.4.The dominant population in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy in gastric cancer with Shiquan Dabu Decoction is patients with light red tongue,white moss or less moss.
