Objective: To observe and compare the ovarian stiffness of women with normal ovarian function in patients with premature ovarain insufficiency of kidney deficiency type by using ultrasonic shear wave elastography, and to observe the morphological changes of the ovaries in combination with the ovarian volume and the number of sinus follicles in patients,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, and curative effect observation ofpremature ovarain insufficiency. Methods:Screening 30 patients with premature ovarain insufficiency of kidney deficiency type and30 women of childbearing age with normal ovarian function with symptoms of kidney deficiency.Transvaginal ultrasound shear wave elastography was performed during the follicular phase to obtain the maximum and average elastic modulus of the ovary. At the same time, routine transvaginal color ultrasound was performed to compare and analyze the ovarian volume and the number of sinus follicles in the two groups. Results: Compared with women with normal ovarian function, the ovarian elasticity in the POI group of kidney deficiency type is weaker and the hardness is enhanced, and the ovarian elastic modulus value presents a trend of increasing. The maximum and average elastic modulus values are higher than those of women with normal ovarian function who have symptoms of kidney deficiency, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The ovarian volume and the number of sinus follicles showed a decreasing trend, with significant differences(P<0.05);In patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency, the left and right ovarian reserve functions showed synchronous changes, and there was no statistical difference in each parameter(P>0.05).The area under the ROC curve of all ultrasound parameters was larger than the area under the reference line(P<0.05).Conclusion: In patients with premature ovarain insufficiency of kidney deficiency type, the ovarian stiffness increases, the volume decreases, and the number of sinus follicles decreases, with significant morphological changes.Ovarian elastic modulus has clinical diagnostic value in evaluating ovarian function.Combining elastic imaging with conventional ultrasound can provide an accurate, rapid and feasible new method for clinical diagnosis of POI;However,it is not yet possible to prove whether kidney deficiency affects ovarian stiffness.
