Objective: To analyze the effect of noninvasive vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)on patients with coronary slow flow(CSF)and its effect on vascular endothelial function. Methods: A total of 60 patients with CSF diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG)at Fifth hospital affiliated with the medical university of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region from october 2020 to June 2022 were selected and They were randomly assigned to a test group(n=30)and a control group(n=30),and their general clinical data, biochemical indicators, blood routine and other indicators were recorded. The experimental group was given non-invasive vagal nerve stimulation with 80% threshold for 3 months(load of 1hour/Band),give non-invasive vagal nerve electrical stimulation with no intensity(load of 1hour/Band)to the control group. The coronary blood flow velocity of the two groups before and after the stimulation was calculated using the corrected TIMI frame count(CTFC)method, and the changes of vascular endothelial function indexes were analyzed, the angina pectoris,s frequency and duriation. Results:CTFC values of study group were lower than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);serum NO values of patients in the study group were higher than control group and significantly higher than before(P<0.05);serum ET-1 of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group and significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion: Noninvasive VNS may further improve the efficacy of patients with CSF by improving the vascular endothelial function.
