| Objective: To investigate the ratio of serum Neutr ophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),Platelet to l ymphocyte ratio(P LR)and Fibrinogen to albumin ratio(FAR).Relationship between preoperative NLR,P LR and FAR with clinicopathological features and 5-year survival rate in patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods: Collected in October 2016 and January 2012-a total of 272 patients who underwent radical surger y of patients with colorectal carcinoma data,statistics on an empt y stomach every patient preoperative of peripheral blood l ymphocyte count,neutrophil count,platelet count,fibrinogen and albumin levels,computing the NLR,P LR and the value of the FAR and were retrospectivel y analyzed.The RO C curve in SPSS 26.0software was used to obtain the max imum Joordon index,so as to determine the best cut-off value of NLR,P LR and FAR and perform survival anal ysis.Spearman correlation anal ysis was used to compare the clinicopathological parameters with NLR,FAR and P LR.Univariate and Cox proportional hazards models were used to anal yze the independent influencing factors between NLR,P LR,FAR,clinicopathological parameters and 5-year OS of patients with colorectal cancer.Graph Pad prism 8.0 was used to establish a survival curve to evaluate the value of NLR,P LR and FAR at different levels on the5-year OS of postoperative patients with colorectal can cer.Results:Univariate anal ysis showed that age(P =0.022),l ymph node metastasis(P=0.045),TNM sta ge(P<0.01),P LR(P<0.01),NLR(P<0.01)and FAR(P=0.01)were significantl y associated with 5-year OS;Cox multivariate anal ysis showed that age(OR=1.779,95 %C I: 1.198-2.642),NLR(OR=2.047,95%C I: 1.290-3.248)and FAR(OR=1.557,95% C I: 1.001-2.421)and N stage were independent prognostic factors for 5-year OS of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer(P<0.05);The P value of P LR and 5-year OS was close to 0.05,which had certain reference significance.Chi-square test and Fisher ex act test were us ed to compare the correlation between NLR,PLR,FAR and clinicopathological features.NLR was found to be related to tumor location(P=0.03),tumor size(P<0.01)and TNM staging(P=0.01).P LR was significantl y correlated with tumor location(P=0.027),T st age(P=0.025)and TNM stage(P=0.027).FAR was significantl y correlated with tumor location(P<0.01),tumor size(P<0.01),T stage(P=0.029),N stage(P=0.012)and TNM stage(P<0.01).Spearman correlation anal ysis showed that NLR was negativel y correlated with gender(in gen der,"male" was defined as "1" and "female" was defined as "2",so the higher the NLR value,the higher the proportion of males).NLR,P LR,and FAR are positivel y correlated with tumor location(defined as "1" in the rectum and "2" in th e colon,so the higher NLR,P LR,and FAR,the higher incidence of colon can cer compared with rectal cancer)(P<0.01).NLR,P LR and FAR were positivel y correlated with tumor diameter(P<0.01).NLR was positivel y correlated with T stage(P=0.04);P LR was p os itivel y correlated with T stage(P=0.018).Graph Pad prism 8 survival analysis showed that: preoperative NLR>2.55,P LR>141.35,FAR>0.096 indicated that the 5-year OS was low and the progn osis was poor.Otherwise,the progn osis of patients is relativel y good.Conclusions: NLR,PLR and FAR are positivel y correlated with tumor diameter and location.NLR and FAR are independent influencing fact ors for 5-year OS of patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.Preoperative serum NLR,P LR and FAR have a certain correlation with 5-year OS after surgery,which can be used as a reference for prognosis. |
