Objective:To analyze the correlation between thyroid function and liver and kidney function in Pregnant women with severe PreeclamPsia Methods: A total of 155 patients with severe preeclampsia who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2018 to December 2022 were selected.According to the level of thyroid function,they were divided into 77 patients with simple severe preeclampsia,50 patients with hypothyroidism,and 28 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism as the control group.At the same time,155 cases of normal pregnant women were collected as the control group.The indicators of liver function and renal function before delivery and pregnancy outcome were collected to evaluate the correlation between preeclampsia complicated with hypothyroidism and liver function and renal function.Results:(1)The levels of UR,SCR and UA in the four groups were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)There were significant differences in total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,TB,ALB,GLB,AST,LDH,TBIL,AST/ALT,GTT,CHE among the four groups(P<0.05).For renal function,FT3 and T3 were negatively correlated with creatinine,urea and uric acid.FT3 was negatively correlated with ALT,GTT,AST and LDH,but positively correlated with DBIL,TB and GLB.T3 and T4 were positively correlated with TB and GLB(P<0.05),T3 was positively correlated with ALB,FT4 was positively correlated with IBIL,TBIL,TB,TSH was negatively correlated with TB,ALB,GLB,aspartic acid/alanine,CHE,and positively correlated with GTT,LDH,ALT.TBOAB was negatively correlated with LDH(P<0.05),Conclusion: Hy Pothyroidism can aggravate liver and kidney damage in severe PreeclamPsia.In severe PreeclamPsia com Plicated with hy Pothyroidism,TSH is more sensitive than other thyroid functions to reflect liver and kidney damage.Women with severe PreeclamPsia and hy Pothyroidism are at high risk for Preterm birth,fetal embarrassment,neonatal as Phyxia,stillbirth,macrosomia,and Placental abru Ption.
