Objective:To explore the risk factors of postoperative recurrence in glioblastoma patients, and retrospectively analyze the risk factors of postoperative recurrence in glioblastoma patients from January 1,2020 to March 10,2022,to provide clinical basis for clinical judgment of recurrent glioblastoma and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A retrospective method was selected for the analysis,Selected the glioblastoma(GBM)patients treated in the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1,2020 to March 10,20202 to collect treatment-related clinical medical records,The 95 patients were collected,A retrospective analysis to identify risk factors that may influence postoperative recurrence in glioblastoma patients,Collect the following general information from the patients,Distribution of patients including gender, age, ethnicity, tumor location(functional area),surgical resection degree, postoperative radiotherapy, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative immunocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH 1)in immunohistochemistry, preoperative and postoperative physical performance(KPS)score,value-added index(Ki67),immunohistochemistry(MGMT)expression in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.Univariate analysis was used for multivariate risk factors at P <0.05 in univariate analysis, and conclusions were drawn. Results:A total of 95 patients were included, and the data were divided into recurrent and non-recurrent groups. After the comparison and analysis, the risk factors for recurrence were obtained.Of the 95 patients,58 were relapsed patients(35 male,23 women),37 patients without relapse(19 men,N = 18 females),Univariate analysis of 58 glioblastoma patients showed that: statistical results indicated gender(P> 0.05),ethnic(P> 0.05),preoperative KPS score(P> 0.05),IDH 1 mutation(P> 0.05),Ki67(P> 0.05);However,the age of patients(P <0.05),degree of surgical resection(P <0.05),postoperative radiotherapy(P <0.05),postoperative chemotherapy(P <0.05),With the statistical significance,Impact on the postoperative tumor recurrence in patients.Risk factors such as meaningful age(P <0.05),Surgical resection rate(P <0.05),postoperative radiotherapy(P <0.05),and postoperative chemotherapy(P <0.05)were included in univariate analysis. In univariate analysis, significant risk factors: surgical resection rate, patient age,and postoperative chemoradiation were an independent risk factor for postoperative recurrence of glioblastoma patients. Conclusion: Patient age(P <0.05),surgical resection rate(P <0.05),postoperative radiotherapy(P <0.05),and postoperative chemotherapy(P <0.05)were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with glioblastoma.
