Objective: To study the application value of wearable ECG equipment in people with different cardiovascular disease risk.Methods: 498 people who applied the wearable ECG device to successfully upload ECG from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into general population group,high-risk population group,and coronary heart disease population group.The general condition and ECG performance of the three groups were analyzed,and the incidence of abnormal ECG and myocardial ischemia was compared among the three groups.Analyze the detection and outcome of emergency and early warning ECG.Results: The incidence of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,heart valve disease,smoking rate,and heart function II and III ratios were higher in the coronary heart disease population group compared with the other two groups(P< 0.05).Among the three groups,the most common arrhythmia was sinus arrhythmia(15.85%),the most common conduction abnormality was bundle branch block(7.17%),the most common premature beat was ventricular premature beat(4.74%),the most common other abnormality was Q wave abnormality(19.11%),and the incidence of ST-T abnormality was 49.84%.The incidence of abnormal ECG(χ~2=104.96,P<0.01)and myocardial ischemia(χ~2=107.45,P<0.01)was statistically different among the three groups,and a two-by-two comparison revealed that the group with coronary heart disease had the highest incidence of abnormal ECG and myocardial ischemia had the highest incidence(P< 0.05).Among the three groups of people,the coronary heart disease group detected a total of 4 emergency ECG(1.88%),21 early warning ECG(9.86%),and the highrisk group detected a total of 1 early warning ECG(0.87%).In the emergency ECG,1 patient was hospitalized and 3 patients were treated with drugs.In the early warning ECG,2 patients were hospitalized,16 patients were treated with drugs,and 4 patients were observed conservatively.Conclusion: Wearable ECG equipment can remotely monitor abnormal ECG and myocardial ischemia events,so as to carry out early diagnosis and risk assessment,analyze the characteristics of different populations,formulate personalized cardiovascular disease intervention measures,and facilitate users to receive medical intervention in a timely manner.
