Objective:To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combined with conventional ultrasound scoring method in diagnosis of cervical metastatic lymph nodes.Methods:Ninety-seven suspected cervical enlarged lymph nodes were collected in this prospective study.Taking the histopathological diagnosis or long-term follow-up results as the gold standard, the indexes of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were statistically analyzed, and the indexes related to metastatic lymph nodes were screened and scored. The conventional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and combined scores of each enlarged cervical lymph nodes were counted, and the differences between cervical metastatic and non-metastatic lymph nodes were compared, and the metastatic risk of cervical lymph nodes was evaluated according to the score. The diagnostic efficacy of combined ultrasound scoring method for cervical metastatic lymph nodes was evaluated. Results:There were ninety-seven cervical enlarged lymph nodes, including forty-three metastatic lymph nodes and fifty-four non-metastatic lymph nodes. The combined ultrasound scores of metastatic and non-metastatic lymph nodes were 5.49±0.259 and 1.93±0.256,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).By receiver operating curve(ROC)analysis, the best critical value of the total score to diagnosis Cervical lymph nodes metastasis Was 3.5,the area under the ROC curve Was 0.90,with the sensitivity、specificity was 86.0%and 81.5%.Conclusions:Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography combined with conventional ultrasound scoring method was a semi—quantitative method and in Diagnosis of Cervical Metastatic Lymph Nodes showed a statistically significant difference。...
