| Objective:To investigate the value of transrectal ultrasonography-guided combined puncture in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and high-risk prostate,to evaluate the differences, diagnostic efficacy and correlation of hemodynamic and contrast parameters in benign and malignant prostate lesions, and to evaluate the differences, diagnostic efficacy and correlation of hemodynamic and contrast parameters in prostate cancer of different risk levels.Methods:103 patients with suspected prostate cancer in the Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to November 2022 were collected, and ultrasonography was performed after routine ultrasound examination of the rectum to determine the target site followed by the first systematic and then targeted puncture method. The pathological results were analyzed and compared against each other.RESULTS:The detection rate of prostate cancer in the systemic puncture group was 39.81%(41/103)and the detection rate of combined puncture was 54.37%(56/103),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.38,P<0.05);the detection rate of prostate cancer in the high-risk group by systemic puncture was 24.27%(25/103)and the detection rate by combined puncture was 40.78%(42/103),with statistically significant differences between the two groups(χ2=6.39,P<0.05);Vs,RI,Imax,TTP,RT,Rs50,Rs1090,FT,Fs50,FHT,mTT,AUC,WinAUC,WioAUC,WinR,and WoutR in prostate cancer and benign prostate lesions, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);Imax,TTP,Rs50,Rs1090,Fs50,WinR,and WoutR in the high-risk and low-medium-risk prostate cancer groups, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);Imax,Rs50,Rs 1090,WinAUC,WinR,WoutR were positively correlated with prostate cancer(all P<0.05),TTP,Fs50,and mTT were negatively correlated with prostate cancer(all P<0.05);WoutR,Imax,Rs50,Rs1090,and WinR were positively correlated with prostate cancer in the high-risk group(all P<0.05);Imax,WoutR,TTP,Rs50,Rs1090,Fs50,mTT,WinR were valuable for the diagnostic efficacy of prostate cancer(all AUC>0.7);Imax,Rs50,Rs1090,WinR,WoutR were valuable for the diagnostic efficacy of prostate cancer in the high-risk group(all AUC>0.7).Conclusion:Ultrasonography-guided combined puncture has some value in prostate diagnosis and prostate risk assessment;hemodynamic parameters can assist in prostate cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis;contrast parameters have better value in prostate diagnosis and prostate risk assessment. |
