| Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of long chain non coding RNA(LncRNA)H19 and CHAST in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:From April 2021 to January 2023,100 patients with atrial fibrillation(50 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and 50 patients with non paroxysmal atrial fibrillation)who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of the Second People’s Hospital of Li any ungang were included as the study group,while 50 adults with outpatient health examinations were included as the control group.The general clinical data of the two groups of subjects were collected,and the expression levels of serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST in the two groups were detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR).The myocardial remodeling related indicators were detected using color Doppler echocardiography.The correlation between the expression levels of serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST in patients with atrial fibrillation and the myocardial remodeling related indicators was evaluated using Pearson correlation analysis;Logistic regression analysis was performed on the relevant factors affecting the occurrence of atrial fibrillation;The predictive value of serum levels of LncRNA H19 and CHAST expression in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation was analyzed using ROC curves.Results:There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in terms of gender,BMI,alcohol consumption,diabetes,TC,TG,LDL-C and other indicators(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in terms of age,smoking,hypertension,HDL-C and other indicators(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the expression levels in the non paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.05).The values of LAD and LVEDd in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the values of LVEF were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum LncRNAH19 and CHAST in patients with atrial fibrillation were positively correlated with LAD and LVEDd,and negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum LncRNA H19,CHAST expression level,LAD,LVEDd,and age were independent risk factors for atrial fibrillation,while LVEF and HDL-C were protective factors for atrial fibrillation.ROC curve analysis showed that the expression levels of LncRNA H19 and CHAST and their combined AUC predicting the occurrence of atrial fibrillation were 0.860,0.833,and 0.932,respectively;Specificity:76.1%,64.3%,94.1%;Sensitivity:82.2%,89.4%,77.9%.Conclusion:1.The expression levels of serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The two indicators have certain value in predicting the occurrence of atrial fibrillation,and the combination of the two indicators has higher value in predicting the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.2.The expression levels of serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST in patients with atrial fibrillation are significantly correlated with LVEDd,LAD,and LVEF,indicating that serum LncRNA H19 and CHAST may affect the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation through myocardial remodeling. |
