| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng flavor combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria(In security of the defensive exterior),as well as to explore the effect of TCM and western medicine on chronic spontaneous urticaria。Methods:A total of 68 included in the standard of patients with chronic urticaria were selected as the research object,and were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.In the course of this research,there were 4 cases of exfoliation,so the actual number of observed cases was 3 2 cases in each group.The control of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid point injection,the treatment group on the basis of the control group with oral jade screen flavored,all use antihistamine treatment in both groups,Two groups accepted with continuous medication for 4 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively recorded between groups of the symptom score,TCM symptoms integral,CU-Q2oL assessment questionnaire and adverse reactions,and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical processing and analysis of data.Results:1.General data(gender,age,course of disease)and observation indicators before treatment(signs and symptoms of urticaria,TCM syndromes,and quality of life assessment questionnaire)on the basis of the comparison between the two groups,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Analysis of observation indicators:After 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,2 groups of urticaria symptoms and signs,symptoms and quality of life assessment of traditional Chinese medicine questionnaire scores were lower than before treatment,the treatment group is lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Analysis of total effective rate:Treatment group total effective rate was 90.62%,the control group was 81.25%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Yu Ping Feng combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(Insecurity of the defensive exterior).2.Jiawei Yu Ping Feng in combination with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid is a safe and effective treatment for chronic spontaneous urticaria(Insecurity of the defensive exterior). |
