Clinical Observation Of Yuanzhi Decoction Combined With Tadalafil In The Treatment Of Disquieted Heart Spirit Impotence

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Yuanzhi decoction combined with tadalafil in the treatment of disquieted heart spirit impotence.To compare the clinical efficacy of Yuanzhi decoction combined with tadalafil and tadalafil alone in the treatment of disquieted heart spirit impotence.To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of impotence with Yuanzhi decoction.Methods:From March 2022 to January 2023,63 patients with disquieted heart spirit impotence who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=31).In the trial,the treatment group was treated with Yuanzhi decoction combined with tadalafil,and the control group was treated with tadalafil alone.The treatment period was 28 days.IIEF-5 score,EHS score and TCM syndrome score were observed and recorded before and after treatment.After the data collection,SPSS27.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,IIEF-5 score,EHS score,total score of TCM syndrome score and single TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).It shows that there is comparability between the two groups.2.After treatment,the IIEF-5 score,EHS score and the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of IIEF-5 score,EHS score and total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment.3.After treatment,the scores of erectile dysfunction,mental tension,anxiety,timidity,palpitation,nightmare and dreaming in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erectile dysfunction,mental tension,anxiety,timidity,palpitation,nightmare and dreaming in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Efficiency of IIEF-5 score:the efficiency was 83.3%in the treatment group and 71.0%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yuanzhi decoction combined with tadalafil can effectively treat disquieted heart spirit impotence,and the curative effect is better than that of tadalafil alone.2.Yuanzhi decoction combined with tadalafil can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with disquieted heart spirit impotence,including erectile function,mental tension,anxiety,timidity,palpitation,nightmare,dreaming and other TCM symptoms.
