| Objective: To evaluate the superiority of electroacupuncture combined with empirical prescription Yishiyin(added or subtracted with the syndrome)compared with ordinary acupuncture combined with Yishiyin in the treatment of RP patients, and to observe the changes in ocular hemodynamics and blood lipid levels before and after treatment, and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine on RP.Methods: 40 RP patients were divided into control group(40 eyes)and treatment group(40 eyes)by random number table. The control group was treated with common acupuncture combined with oral decoction Yishiyin, and the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group, acupuncture once a day,6 times a week, and traditional Chinese medicine 1 dose a day for a total of 30 days. The best central visual acuity, visual field MD and PSD,OA and CRA(PSV,EDV and RI)indicators and changes in blood lipids(LDL-c,HDL-c,Apo A1,Apo-B)were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.Visual acuity: There were significant differences in visual acuity before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that both regimens could improve the visual acuity of RP patients. After 30 days of treatment, there was a significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P < 0.001),and the effective rate in the treatment group(82.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.00%),indicating that the improvement of visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Visual field: The results showed that MD and PSD were improved in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.001),indicating that both groups could expand the visual field to a certain extent.Group analysis was performed for the two groups of data after treatment,PSD showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),MD showed a decrease compared with the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)3.Ocular hemodynamics: There were significant differences in PSV,EDV and RI before and after OA and CRA treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that both regimens could increase PSV,EDV and decrease RI.And the treatment group improved OA blood flow significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Blood lipid: After 30-day treatment, there were significant differences in LDL-c,HDL-c and Apo-B levels before and after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in Apo-A levels before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),showing that the treatment groups tended to reduce LDL-c and Apo-B levels and increase HDL-c and Apo-A,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving LDL-c levels. The differences in HDL-c,Apo-A,and Apo-B between the two groups after treatment were not very significant and were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Electroacupuncture combined with Yi Shi Yin can improve the visual acuity, visual field MD and PSD,and the effect is better than that of acupuncture combined with decoction alone.2.Both treatment regimens can increase PSV and EDV of retinal ophthalmic artery and central artery, decrease RI and improve fundus microcirculation in patients with RP,and the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving blood flow in OA.3.Acupuncture combined with Yi Shi Yin can reduce the levels of LDL-c and Apo-B,increase HDL-c and Apo-A,and acupuncture combined with medicine can improve the body lipid metabolism. The treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the level of LDL-c,but the related mechanism of blood lipid and ocular blood flow changes still needs further in-depth study. |
