Objective:To explore the effective components and potential mechanisms of Beimu Gualou Powder for bronchial asthma airway remodeling based on network pharmacology.Methods:Chemical composition of Beimu Gualou Powder was retrieved from TCMSP platform and Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition),and active components and targets of Beimu Gualou Powder were searched and screened.The targets were calibrated in the UniProt database.GeneCards and OMIM databases were searched to obtain disease targets of asthma airway remodeling.The intersections of drug targets and disease targets were taken in the STRING 11.5 database to construct protein-protein interaction networks,and GO enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersecting targets were performed using DAVID 6.8 online analysis tool.Results:1.Totally 32 active components of Beimu Gualou Powder were obtained.2.94 intersecting targets of Beimu Gualou Powder for the treatment of asthma airway remodeling were obtained,among which the core targets were TP53,JUN,AKT1,MAPK3,CASP3,IL6,TNF,MMP9,PTGS2 and NFKBIA.3.A total of 750 entries were obtained from GO enrichment analysis,158 pathways were obtained from KEGG enrichment,and the enriched pathways were mainly pathways in cancer,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,p53 signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion:1.The active ingredients in Beimu Gualou Powder are luteolin,β-sitosterol,naringenin,acacetin,hederagenin,and Diosmetin,etc.2.Beimu Gualou Powder treats asthma airway remodeling by acting on core targets such as TP53,JUN,AKT1,MAPK3,CASP3,IL6,TNF,MMP9,PTGS2,and NFKBIA,and modulating pathways in cancer,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,p53 signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,etc. |
