Clinical Observation Of PRP Combined With Acupotomy For Ankle Osteoarthritis

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of PRP combined with acupuncture and knife in the treatment of AOA,explore its mechanism of action,discover the clinical value of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of AOA,provide new ideas and new methods of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and provide evidence for the clinical treatment of AOA with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Method:In this study,a randomized parallel controlled research method was adopted.According to AOA diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,a total of 64 patients who were treated in the Third Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as experimental subjects.Included in this study,the case collection time is from September 2021 to September 2022.By simple random method,32 patients were randomized into the observation group,treated with PRP combined with acupotomy,and the remaining 32 patients were included in the control group,treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with acupotomy.Record the VAS pain scores,AOFOS function scores,and TCM syndrome scores of the patients before and after treatment,collect various data after the treatment,and use statistical methods to analyze the ankle joint pain and activity of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.In order to clarify the reliability and superiority of the curative effect of PRP combined with acupotomy,analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:1.VAS pain score: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the control group decreased before and after treatment in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.AOFAS ankle-hind foot score: There was no significant difference in AOFAS score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The AOFAS score of the two groups before and after treatment increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the AOFAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: There was no statistically significant difference between the scores of the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the control group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Evaluation of clinical curative effect: In the overall curative effect,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5: No adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:1.PRP combined with acupotomy and sodium hyaluronate injection combined with acupotomy can relieve the pain of AOA patients and restore the functional activities of ankle joints.2.The curative effect of PRP combined with acupotomy in the treatment of AOA is significantly better than that of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with acupotomy.3.No adverse reactions occurred in the trial of PRP combined with acupotomy in the treatment of AOA,and the therapy is safe and effective.
