A Discussion On The Medication Rules Of Professor Sang Xisheng In Treating Chronic Insomnia With Anxiety Based On Data Mining

Objective:The medical records of Professor Sang Xisheng’s diagnosis and treatment of chronic insomnia with anxiety were collected and sorted out,and all aspects of data mining and statistical analysis were carried out with the application of modern data processing technology.To summarize Professor Sang Xisheng’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic insomnia with anxiety,and summarize his medication characteristics,diagnosis and treatment ideas and academic thoughts in the treatment of chronic insomnia with anxiety.In order to provide a new theoretical basis,treatment ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic insomnia with anxiety.Methods:The medical records of patients with chronic insomnia with anxiety diagnosed and treated by Professor Sang Xisheng from December 2017 to December 2022 were collected,and a total of 202 medical records meeting the entry conditions were screened.The collected patients name,gender,age,main symptoms,tongue image,pulse and first diagnosis of Chinese medicine prescription are entered into the Excel template provided by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" software,and the data was uploaded,the software was run,and age and gender analysis,symptom analysis,tongue image and pulse analysis,Chinese medicine taste attribution and efficacy,frequency analysis,medication association rule analysis were carried out.Results:1.Among the 202 patients counted,31 were male,accounting for 15.35%;171 were female accounting for 84.65%.In terms of the age of the patients,the proportions of 18-40 years old,41-60 years old and 61-80 years old were 43.56%,43.07% and13.37%espectively.2.In terms of symptoms,insomnia,difficulty falling asleep,depressed thoughts,dreams,early awakening,palpitations,belching,shallow sleep,chest tightness,etc.are the most common symptoms;In terms of tongue image,"red tongue,moss thin white" is the most common tongue image;In terms of pulses,"string veins" are the most common veins.3.In terms of the properties and flavors of drugs,the attribution and efficacy of the drugs,the commonly used medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines are: warm,flat and cold;The frequency of application of these three types of medicinal flavors accounted for 95.83%.The commonly used Chinese medicine flavors are: sweet,bitter and spicy.The total number of these three types of medicinal flavors accounted for 96.23% of the total frequency of medicinal odors.The commonly used Chinese medicine are classified into the spleen meridian,heart meridian and kidney meridian.The 202 prescriptions included a total of 107 drugs,which can be divided into 16 categories,The commonly used categories of traditional Chinese medicines are: deficiency supplementation,,heat clearing,tranquility,and relieving superficies medicines.4.In the association rule analysis,the number of support degrees was set to 90 and the number of confidence degrees“was” set to 0.95,the obtained core drugs were composed of Cinnamomi Ramulus,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Dimocarpus Longan Lour Hemerocalliscritrina,Albiziae Cortex,and Acanthopanax.The confidence degree remained unchanged and the number of support degree was set to 45,the obtained core drugs were composed of eight kinds of medicine including seven kinds above plus Black Sesame Seeds.The confidence degree remained unchanged and the number of support degree was set to 30,the core drugs were composed of eight kinds of medicine above plus Linearleaf Inula Herb.5.In the cluster analysis,based on the K-means algorithm,the "number of clusters" was set to 5,and three core drug combinations were obtained,namely Albiziae Cortex,Acanthopanax Senticosus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Ramulus,stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba,Dimocarpus Longan Lour;Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Albiziae Cortex,Dimocarpus Longan Lour,Hemerocalliscritrina,stir-baked Radix Paeoniae Alba;Acanthopanax Senticosus,Chaenomelis Fructus,Albiziae Cortex,Dimocarpus Longan Lour,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Hemerocalliscritrina.Conclusion:1.Professor Sang Xisheng considers that the cause of chronic insomnia with anxiety is mostly excessive thinking.The location of this disease is in the spleen of emotion.The core pathogenesis includes spleen qi stagnation,long-term heat-transmission,disturbing or the heart spirit or consuming the heart blood,and leading to insomnia.2.Professor Sang Xisheng sticks to the idea of taking the disease as the key link and aiming at the pathogenesis when treating this disease;and he takes the treatment principles of regulating spleen and relieving depression,expanding the use of classical prescriptions,adding and subtracting flexibly,and paying attention to psychological counseling in the process of diagnosis and treatment in order to cure both in physical and psychological.3.The core drugs are Cinnamomi Ramulus,stir-baked Paeoniae Radix Alba,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Hemerocalliscritrina,Albiziae Cortex.
