species, reserves and germplasm of medicinal plants in this area.At the same time, the kinds of cultivated medicinal plants, medicinal materials market and representative folk prescription were investigated. The structure, floristic distribution, life type, drug site and efficacy of medicinal plants were analyzed.SWOT analysis of the development of local TCM industry; To evaluate the suitability of Chelidonium majus,Polygonum aviculare,Artemisiae argyi,Geum aleppicum, and Agrimonia pilosa. The distribution of key medicinal plants in Suibin County was analyzed visually.Evaluation of utilization value of wild medicinal plants by AHP;This survey provided theoretical basis for the protection of TCM resources in Suibin County and put forward suggestions for the development of TCM industry in Suibin County. The main results of the study are summarized as follows:(1)The on-site investigation shows that there are a total of 37 sample plots,190 sample sets, and 1140 sample plots surveyed this time; There are a total of 152 medicinal plants in Suibin County, belonging to 46 families and 116 genera.Among them, there are149 species of angiosperms, belonging to 44 families and 114 investigated in Suibin County, with a total reserve of 151314.83 kg.Agrimonia pilosa and Gei Herba are widely distributed and have large reserves, with 56056.02 kg and 49227.02 kg respectively. The remaining reserves are relatively considerable, including Chelidonium majus,Polygonum aviculare,Aster tataricus, and Inula japonica;A total of 19 key medicinal herbs and 19 key medicinal germplasm resources were collected;A total of 456 herbarium were made and 152 were submitted to the state. The quality of herbarium met the national requirements.Visited and investigated the market and formulas, one for treating chilblain with mugwort as the main medicine and the other for treating liver disease with red peony as the main medicine.(2)The results of the fourth survey and the third survey of Chinese medicine resources in Suibin County were compared. The results showed that there were slightly more plant varieties in the fourth survey than in the third survey, but the key varieties had changed.Gentian and red peony root were not found in the fourth survey. The diversity of medicinal plants in Suibin County was analyzed. The results showed that in the composition of medicinal plants in Suibin County, the total proportion of single species(including only 1species)and oligospecies(including 2-5 species)in the family level was 87%,and the total proportion of single species(including only 1 species)and oligospecies(including 2-5species)in the genus level was 99.14%.There was only one family with more than 20 species,Compositae(33 species),accounting for 21.7% of the total species, indicating that Compositae was the dominant family in the region. In the genus composition of medicinal plants in Suibin County, there was no obvious dominant genus due to the similar number of species in each genus. The genera and flora of medicinal plants in Suibin County were analyzed. The results showed that there were 8 families of temperate plants and 7 families of tropical plants. From the subordinate level,69 genera were found in temperate and 16 genera were found in tropical. On the whole, the medicinal plants in Suibin County accord with the characteristics of temperate plant-Glycine soja. The analysis of the life types of medicinal plants in Suibin County showed that there were 5 life types of medicinal plants in Suibin County. The number of perennial herbs was the largest, with 92 species, accounting for 60.53% of the total number of species;the number of annual herbs was 43 species, accounting for 28.29% of the total number of species;there were 17 species of trees, shrubs and vines. It indicated that the climate and environment of Suibin County were suitable for the growth of herbaceous plants.According to the analysis of medicinal plant parts in Suibin County, the results showed that the wild medicinal plants in Suibin County were divided into 8 types according to medicinal parts, among which the medicinal plants of whole grass were the most, with 68 species, accounting for 59% of the total species, followed by the roots and rhizomes, with 24 species, accounting for 21% of the total species. The analysis of medicinal plants in Suibin County showed that medicinal plants had 16 kinds of effects, and the number of medicinal plants with heat-clearing effect was the largest, accounting for 42.1%.The number of medicinal plants with hemostatic effect and the number of medicinal plants with moistening and moistening effect followed closely, with 16 species, accounting for 10.5%.The number of medicinal plants with the effect of digestion and the number of medicinal plants with the effect of calming the mind was less(2 kinds, both accounting for 0.7%).(3)SWOT analysis of Suibin Chinese herbal medicine industry found that: Suibin Chinese herbal medicine industry advantage is that there is suitable for the growth of Chinese herbal medicine black land; The disadvantage is that the planting scale of Chinese medicinal materials is not large and local farmers are not willing to plant Chinese medicinal materials. The opportunity is that there are a variety of policies conducive to the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry; The threat is that Suibin County has better germplasm resources of traditional Chinese medicine and high-quality Chinese herbal medicine planting enterprises.(4)The Max Ent model and Arc GIS software were used to analyze the adaptability of Chelidonium majus,Polygonum aviculare,Artemisia argyi,Geum aleppicum, and Agrimonia pilosa in Suibin County. The results showed that Suibin County was the most suitable growth area for Chelidonium majus,Polygonum aviculare,Artemisia argyi,Geum aleppicum, and Agrimonia pilosa.(5)Visual analysis method was adopted, and Arc GIS software was used to process the distribution data of 16 key medicinal plants, and the distribution and quantity information of medicinal plants were presented on the map, providing intuitive data support for the rational development and utilization of local medicinal plants.(6)The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to evaluate the utilization value of medicinal plant resources, and a target layer, criterion layer, and scheme layer were established. The utilization value of medicinal plants was divided into four levels by assigning points. The results showed that plants with higher utilization value include Chelidonium majus,Polygonum aviculare,Artemisia argyi,Geum aleppicum,Agrimonia pilosa, etc.
