Xue Ji was a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty.He wrote many medical books and had excellent medical skills.He was especially good at internal medicine,pediatrics,surgery,gynecology and other fields.At present,the academic research on Xue Ji is usually limited to a certain specialty,and the research reflecting Xue Ji’s academic system has not been completed,so the research on Xue Ji’s overall academic thought needs to be further discussed.Objective:The purpose of this proj ect is to systematically organize Xue Ji’s clinical experience and academic thoughts.This paper focuses on the following aspects:1.Xue Ji’s life and academic origin.This paper mainly probes into the major aspects of Xue Ji’s life from the aspects of the time and region in which he lived.Through the collation of medical records and a comprehensive and systematic analysis,from the aspects of theory,law,prescription,medicine,Wang Xueji identification,legislation,formulation,dispatching characteristics and play the best efficacy rules.So as to understand the treatment of ideas to sum up their diagnosis and treatment experience.3.Xue Ji’s academic thought and characteristics.Mainly from the overall experience and characteristics of Xue Ji academic summary.Methods:In this paper,Xue Ji’s medical records were systematically sorted out and studied by combining with Xue’s medical records.And through the use of traditional philology method to distinguish the academic chapter,examine the source of the mirror.On the basis of the Chinese Journal full-text database,China Excellent Master’s dissertation full-text database,and China Doctoral dissertation full-text database,the author systematically sorted out and researched Xue Ji’s academic thought origins,diagnosis and treatment experience,medication rules and other aspects.Conclusions:1.Xue Ji treats deficiency diseases by nourishing the source of the blood,nourishing the vitality,nourishing the soil and strengthening the yuan,and warming the spleen and kidney.2.We should take medicine at the right time,use ancient prescriptions,apply both inside and outside,pay attention to warm but not desolate.
