Study On Compatibility Of Wang Xugao Prescription For Treating Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation

Objective :Wang Xugao,a famous medical scientist in the Qing Dynasty,as a representative of the liver-regulating school,put forward the "thirty methods for treating the liver" in the Night Transcript of Xixi Library,which were divided into three types of treatment: liver-qi,liver-wind and liver-fire.Liver Qi is the stagnation of liver qi.According to the clues from qi to blood,from light to heavy,from the viscera and other viscera,Wang put forward eight methods to treat liver qi.Nowadays the pace of social life is getting faster,so there are more and more people with liver depression and qi stagnation.The treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation has become the most common clinical disease.If it can be effective,the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation with good prognosis has become a common problem for many clinicians.Therefore,it is of great significance to study Wang’s academic thought and clinical experience in treating liver depression and qi stagnation in recent years.Method:This paper aims to analyze the Medical Records of Huanxi Cottage,Wang Xugao’s Medical Records,Wang Xugao’s Clinical Medical Records,Liu Xuan’s Four Medical Records,Liu Xuan’s Selected Comments on Four Medical Records,and Liu Xuan’s Four Medical Records through the academic thoughts of Xixi Library’s Night Talk(Thirty Methods for Treating Liver).Identification,classification and analysis of medical cases related to liver depression and qi stagnation are included in the "Four selected medical cases","Four Selected Medical Cases","Wang Xugao Clinical Medical Books Co-edited","Six Kinds of Wang Xugao Medical Books","Six Kinds of Wang Xugao Medical Books".Clinical symptoms and pulse syndrome are specifically summarized,and the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records is used to mine specific medication data and analyze medication rules.The characteristics of Wang’s medication for liver depression and qi stagnation were analyzed.Conclusion:1.Wang Xugao treated liver depression and qi stagnation with bupleurum,and made good use of Yu Jin to treat emotional depression.2.Wang’s liver relief with Xiangfu,more compatible with angelica,Tangerine peel,Qi and blood treatment.3.Pay attention to harmonization of liver and spleen,soothing liver and invigorating spleen.4.The three flavors of bitter,xin and acid are used to ease liver depression and relieve liver heat.
