Research On The Development Of Medical Care Integration Of Community Home-Based Elderly Care Service In Shijiazhuang

With the increasingly serious trend of population aging,China has entered a "moderately aging" society.Due to the lack of integration between elderly care and medical care,traditional elderly care methods cannot meet the needs of elderly people for healthy elderly care.The traditional elderly care method did not make reasonable use of medical resources and elderly care resources,resulting in the emergence of a "medical care integration" elderly care model that is more suitable for modern aging society.China has actively launched the first batch of pilot cities,including Shijiazhuang City,which has also actively responded to the policy of integrating medical and elderly care.At present,the difficulty of medical and nursing integration lies in the low level of integration.Through years of active exploration and continuous exploration,some new models of "medical and nursing integration" have emerged in Hebei Province.Although the current medical and elderly care integration model in Shijiazhuang has met the dual needs of the majority of elderly people in the region for both elderly care and medical care,it has also exposed issues such as imbalanced supply and demand for "medical and elderly care",slow promotion of "medical and elderly care" in communities,incomplete management of "medical and elderly care integration" in communities,and low level of professionalism in medical and elderly care services.After conducting a comprehensive review of the existing "medical and elderly care integration" model in Shijiazhuang through research methods such as literature review and interviews,the reasons for the above problems were identified,mainly including a single funding channel,difficulty in implementing medical and elderly care integration policies at the grassroots level,inadequate departmental coordination mechanisms,and insufficient matching of corresponding resources for medical and elderly care integration.On the basis of the above,specific optimization suggestions for medical and elderly care integration services in Shijiazhuang elderly care institutions have been proposed,including increasing financial support;Refine policy content and implement it at the grassroots level;Promote departmental collaboration to promote community integrated elderly care;Linking resources to assist in the integration of community healthcare and elderly care,hoping to better promote the comprehensive implementation of the "medical and elderly care integration" service for home-based elderly care in Shijiazhuang City.
