Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Overlap and conventional π anastomosis in laparoscopic radical cystectomy digestive tract reconstruction. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 68 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical cystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2020 to August 2022.According to different reconstruction methods of digestive tract,Overlap is divided into observation group(Overlap)and control group(π anastomosis),among which there are 32 cases in observation group and 36 cases in control group.SPSS26.0 software is used for data analysis.Mann-whitney rank sum test was used to compare measurement data between groups.Rates were compared using Chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method. All tests were conducted with bilateral probabilities, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Postoperative premature ventilation was observed [(2.63±0.66)d vs.(3.67±1.31)d,t=-0.847,0.400],Postoperative premature defecation [(3.47±1.16)d vs.(4.36±1.42)d,t=-2.816,0.006],duration of operation, amount of intraoperative blood loss, duration of postoperative fasting, duration of postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay,There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative ileus and postoperative complications. Conclusion: Overlap group can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after radical resection of bladder and reconstruction of digestive tract under laparoscopy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application...
