Study The Application Effect Of Burn Nursing Model In Patients With Moderate And Severe Burns

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of burn nursing model in providing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with moderate and severe burns,to conduct correlation analysis of clinical prognosis,to find out the critical value for predicting a good prognosis of patients with moderate and severe burns in 6 months,to provide basis for continuous nursing,and to comprehensively improve the health level and quality of life of patients.Methods: A total of 136 patients with moderate to severe burns who were admitted to the Department of Burns and Wound Repair of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects by random sampling method.According to the random number table method,the research objects were numbered according to the order of admission.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The course of burn treatment is divided into the acute phase(T1),which occurs approximately 1-3 days after admission.Hospitalization period(T2): This stage starts from the basic healing of the wound after skin grafting to the period of discharge,which generally lasts for 1month.Social transition(T3): This phase occurs 6 months after discharge.General information questionnaire and Burn Specific Health Scale-Chinese Version(BSHS-C)were used to complete the BSHS-C in the acute burn stage(T1),hospitalization stage(T2),and social entry stage(T3).Testing was performed at the end of each session,and after discharge,patients were mainly followed up by telephone as well as outpatient rehabilitation,with evaluation testing performed at follow-up visits.Finally,according to the results of Burn Specific Health Scale-Chinese Version(BSHS-C)at T3(6 months after discharge),the comprehensive health level score ≥300 was defined as the good prognosis group;The score of 300 was the general group.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis,and Graph Pad Prism 9 was used for mapping.The reliability of the scale was re-analyzed,and the measurement data with normal distribution were expressed.The independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups,rank sum(Z)test was used for non-normal distribution,and multivariate analysis of variance(F)was used according to the different time and nursing methods.Chi-square test was used to compare the count data between groups,and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:((1)Multifactor analysis of variance analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the comprehensive health level,physical function level,mental function level,social function level and general health level in the control group at baseline(P> 0.05).In T2: the overall health level score(278.26 ± 57.17),mental function score(74.32 ± 17.03)than the control group(249.11 ± 48.38)and mental function score(64.5±19.57),statistically significant difference(P <0.05).In T3: the intervention group,the comprehensive health level score(334.21±44.59),its physical function score(79.17±10.98),mental function score(86.56±11.65),social function score(86.56±11.12),general health status score(83.44±11.63)and the control group comprehensive health level score(275.51±41.68),Physical score(68.97±9.12 points),Mental function score(65.75 ± 10.12 points),Social function score(72.17 ± 16.68points),General health score(63.43 ± 17.17),Significant difference(P <0.05).(4)Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male,early psychological intervention group,burns not involving hands and face,and high BSHS-C score at discharge were significantly associated with good prognosis at 6 months.The AUC values of ROC curve of the four sensitive indicators and the combined predictor were0.9910,0.9341,0.9055,0.9074 and 0.9910,respectively.The approximate equal index was 0.956,and the critical value of the corresponding joint predictor was 7.3128,that is,when the joint predictor >7.3128: The prognosis is good after 6 months.Conclusions : Sumarno The initial application of the proposed burn care model in moderate and severe burn patients is feasible and effective.The implementation of the burn care model based on the concept of burn care has significant effects in improving the quality of life of patients,contributing to the clinical prognosis of patients and returning to society as soon as possible.
