| Objective: To explore crown weeks after percutaneous coronary intervention in preoperative adipose tissue attenuation change and its characteristics and criminals, the correlation among the lesions with stent. Methods: The clinical data and imaging data of patients who underwent coronary artery computed angiography(CCTA)examination and PCI treatment in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were retrospectively collected. The basic information, clinical symptoms, baseline CCTA examination time and medication, operation time and postoperative follow-up time were recorded.According to whether the subjects used statins before examination and the time of medication, the patients were divided into no medication group, medication time more than half a year group and medication time less than half a year group. The difference of PCAT density at 10 mm at both ends of stent was compared among the three groups. The image quality of all subjects was evaluated, and the PCAT density at10 mm at both ends of the stent was measured at baseline CCTA and follow-up CCTA.The stent characteristics(including stent length, stent diameter, stent type and distance from proximal stent to main trunk),plaque properties at culprit lesions(including calcified plaque,non-calcified plaque and mixed plaque)and luminal stenosis were recorded. The dynamic changes of PCAT density at both ends of the stent before and after PCI were compared, and the correlation between the changes of PCAT density and the characteristics of the stent, the degree of lumen stenosis, the nature of plaque was evaluated. The differences of PCAT density between different stent types and different branches were analyzed.Results:1.Eventually included 101 patients with 125 vessels were analyzed.PCI bracket nearly, before and after the treatment of distal PCAT attenuation values significantly decrease(-75.7 ± 8.7 HU vs-84.0± 9.4 HU,p<0.001)(-75.3 ± 10.8 HU vs-83.9 ± 9.6HU,p<0.001).Before PCI,PCAT density at 10 mm distal to the stent was statistically significant in the RCA and LAD(-71.1 ± 11.4 HU vs.-79.2 ± 9.5 HU,p<0.001).After PCI,PCAT density at 10 mm proximal and distal to the stent was statistically significant in both RCA and LAD(-78.3 ± 7.5 HU vs-85.7 ± 8.7 HU,p<0.05 and-81.9 ± 10.2 HU vs-86.9 ± 8.2 HU,p<0.05).PCAT density at 10 mm distal to the stent was statistically different between LAD and LCx before and after PCI(-79.2 ± 9.5 HU vs-68.4 ± 7.2HU,p<0.05)(-86.9 ± 8.2 HU vs-83.9 ± 9.6 HU,p<0.001).PCI before and after treatment,LAD bracket on both ends of the attenuation values are less than 10 mm in PCAT RCA,LCx PCAT attenuation value 10 mm on both ends.2.There was no significant difference between patients with several vascular reconstruction and single vascular remodeling in the bracket on both ends of the 10 mm PCAT attenuation value(p > 0.05),several vascular reconstruction in the(LCx + RCA and LAD + RCA group)have differences in the proximal stent (-13.0±6.8HU vs-6.3±5.5HU,p<0.05).3.Stent characteristics(stent length, stent diameter, and distance from proximal stent to trunk)were not significantly correlated with changes in PCAT density at 10 mm distal to the stent before and after PCI(p>0.05),but the degree of luminal stenosis at the culprit lesion was weakly correlated with changes in PCAT density at 10 mm distal to the stent before and after PCI(r=-0.280,p =0.002).4.Baseline CCTA bracket on both ends of the corresponding location 10 mm PCAT attenuation values in drug had no significant differences between treatment group and treatment group(p > 0.05).The baseline PCAT density at 10 mm from both ends of the CCTA stent did not differ significantly between the statin use group for more than6 months, the statin use group for less than 6 months, and the statin use group(all p values>0.05).Conclusion: The density of PCAT at 10 mm distal to the stent decreased significantly after PCI,and the degree of lumen stenosis at the culprit lesion was weakly correlated with the change of PCAT at 10 mm distal to the stent. There was no significant difference in PCAT density among different stent types.Statin treatment had no significant effect on PCAT density values at 10 mm of the vessel at both ends of the stent. |
