Objective:To explore the risk factors for NRDS combined with ARDS in late preterm infants. Methods:The cases of NRDS in advanced prematurity who were hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit of a hospital from September 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the occurrence of ARDS,the perinatal risk factors of the two groups were compared and analyzed between observation group(NRDS combined with ARDS group)and control group(NRDS alone group).Results:1 Univariate analysis of perinatal high-risk factorsThe incidence of respiratory tract infection in late pregnancy, vaginitis in late pregnancy, vitamin D deficiency, fecal staining of amniotic fluid, and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant significance in the incidence of gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, prenatal lung therapy, premature rupture of membranes, umbilical cord entanglement, placenta previa, placental abruption, low body weight, and intrauterine distress(P > 0.05).2 Logistics Regression Analysis Statistically significant variables from univariate analysis(respiratory infection in late pregnancy, vaginitis in late pregnancy, vitamin D deficiency in late pregnancy, manure staining of amniotic fluid, neonatal asphyxia)were incorporated into the Logistics stepwise regression analysis. The results were as follows: respiratory tract infection in late pregnancy, vaginitis in late pregnancy, and vitamin D deficiency in late pregnancy were statistically significant, and the results were(OR=9.613,95%CI 1.056-87.489,P<0.05),respectively.(OR=11.469,95%CI 1.286-102.294,P<0.05);(OR=7.499,95%CI 1.887-29.802,P<0.05)。Conclusion:Respiratory tract infection in late pregnancy, vaginitis in late pregnancy, and vitamin D deficiency in late pregnancy are risk factors for NRDS and ARDS.
