Construction The Perioperative Target Nutrition Management Scheme For Liver Cancer Patients Based On Evidence-based Principles

ObjectivesThis study aims to construct a set of perioperative target nutrition management program for patients with liver cancer,providing scientific basis for the implementation of perioperative target nutrition management for patients with liver cancer,so as to promote the implementation of standardized management of perioperative target nutrition for clinical liver cancer,in order to improve the perioperative nutritional status of patients with liver cancer surgery,reduce nutrition-related complications,and accelerate the recovery of patients.MethodSummary of the best evidence: Literature related to perioperative nutrition management of liver cancer was systematically searched at home and abroad,literature was screened according to the inclusion criteria,literature quality evaluation tools were used to evaluate the included literature,and evidence was summarized to form a summary of the best evidence of perioperative nutrition management of liver cancer patients.Delphi: Based on the summary of previous evidence,guided by target nutrition and combined with group discussion,draft the target nutrition management program for patients with liver cancer during perioperative period was prepared.Through the consultation of Delphi experts,the perioperative target nutrition management program for liver cancer patients was revised,and the final draft of the perioperative target nutrition management program for liver cancer patients was finally formed.ResultsIn this study,5183 literatures were retrieved and included 17 literatures,including12 guidelines and 5 expert consensus papers.56 pieces of best evidence were collected from three aspects: nutrition assessment and monitoring,target nutrition and nutrition intervention measures.Two rounds of expert consultation were carried out in this study.After the two rounds of consultation,the experts’ opinions on the contents of the management plan tend to be consistent.The number of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 15,the effective rate of the questionnaire was 100%,the expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation was 0.870 and 0.873,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.233 and 0.364(P < 0.001).The final draft of perioperative target nutrition management program for liver cancer patients was finally constructed.ConclusionIn this study,based on the best evidence and Delphi expert consultation,the final draft of perioperative target nutrition management program for single liver cancer diseases was formed,including 5 primary indexes,19 secondary indexes and 88 tertiary indexes.The method of scheme construction is scientific,the process is rigorous,and the scheme has clinical reliability,accessibility and pertinence.
