Objective:To explore the application value of growth stagnation specific protein 6and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, and explore their correlation with the occurrence and development of AMI diseases and related examination indicators.Methods:115 AMI patients and 151 non AMI patients who visited the affiliated hospital of Chengde Medical College from November 2020 to December2022 were selected, and 151 non-AMI patients who visited during the same period, including 78 cases of unstable angina pectoris,31 cases of stable angina pectoris and 42 cases of non-cardiovascular diseases. The patient’s serum GAS6 and NLR were measured, and clinical data and routine examination index data were collected and statistically processed. The GAS6,NLR and conventional detection indicators of each group were analyzed and compared, and Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between GAS6,NLR and AMI conventional detection indicators. The ROC curve is used to analyze the effectiveness of GAS6,NLR and multi-indicator joint detection and diagnosis of AMI.Logistic regression is used to analyze the dangerous relationship between GAS6,NLR and other indicators and AMI.The difference was considered statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:1.The GAS6 concentration of 19.15(15.14-27.06)pg/ml in the AMI group was significantly higher than that of 14.26(1.80-19.35)pg/ml in the UAP group,11.53(10.45-15.10)pg/ml in the SAP group and 5.50(4.51-7.72)pg/ml in the N-CAD group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);c Tn I values of 2.07(0.07-9.83)ng/ml and NT-pro BNP values of 54.60(20.90-137.00)pg/ml were significantly higher in the AMI group compared to the UAP and SAP groups(P<0.05);NLR values of 5.15(2.85-8.35)were also significantly higher in the AMI group compared to the UAP group 2.80(1.84-4.40),2.16(1.71-2.99)and 2.43(1.83-2.91)in the SAP group and 2.43(1.83-2.91)in the N-CAD group, with a significant difference(P<0.05);WBC values of 8.77(6.75-10.95)mmol/L,CK concentrations of 326.78(128.71-1119.86)in the AMI group mmol/L,CK-MB concentration 75.20(19.07-176.51)mmol/L were significantly higher than those in the other three groups, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);LVEF 54.00(45.00-60.00)%was significantly lower in the AMI group compared to 63.00(60.00-66.25)%in the UAP group and61.00(58.00-63.00)%in the SAP group(P<0.05).2.There is a significant positive correlation between GAS6 and NLR(r=0.411,P<0.000).GAS6 is significantly positively correlated with WBC(r=0.285,P<0.05),CK-MB(r=0.368,P<0.05),c Tn I(r=0.247,P<0.05),NT-pro BNP(r=0.209,P<0.05);NLR and WBC(r=0.545,P<0.05),CK-MB(r=0.333,P<0.05),c Tn I(r=0.289,P<0.05),NT-pro BNP(r=0.172,P<0.05)are also positively correlated.3.The best truncation value of GAS6 diagnosing AMI is 15.348pg/ml,and its sensitivity and specificity are 75% and 74% respectively;the best truncation value of NLR diagnosing AMI is 3.626,the sensitivity is 66%,and the specificity is 79%.The sensitivity of GAS6 and c Tn I in the diagnosis of AMI is 76% and the specificity is 90%;the sensitivity of GAS6+NLR is81%,and the specificity is 72%;and the sensitivity of the combined diagnosis of AMI is 79% and 89%.4.Single-factor analysis shows that GAS6 and NLR can independently predict the occurrence of AMI.Incorporating GAS6,NLR and various factors into the multivariate Logistic regression model at the same time,GAS6 is still an early independent predictor of AMI,and for every 1pg/ml increase in GAS6,the risk of suffering from AMI increases by 3.2%.Conclusions:1.GAS6 and NLR are associated with AMI and could be used as diagnostic markers for AMI,with GAS6 having a higher reference value for diagnosis.2.the combined test of GAS6 and NLR can significantly improve the diagnosis rate of AMI and has greater practical value in clinical practice.3.GAS6 is an independent risk predictor for AMI and can be used as a marker for joint diagnostic index and prognostic assessment.
