Objective:To investigate the application of predictive nursing for preventing the formation of Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)in patients with Intensive care unit(ICU).The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for ICU patients’in-hospital nursing and provide theoretical and practical reference for reducing the occurrence of LEDVT in ICU patients in the future. Methods:In this study,104 ICU patients admitted to a Grade-III hospital in a city of Hebei Province from January to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the 104 patients were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method, and 52 patients in the control group were implemented routine nursing;Intervention group 52cases,the implementation of predictive nursing, intervention duration of 7days.Before intervention(T0),on day 4(T1),and on day 7(T2),the incidence of LEDVT,coagulation function(fibrinolytic index, hemorheological index, and coagulation four items),length of ICU stay and the nursing satisfaction of patients’families were recorded and compared between the two groups.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Before intervention(T0),the general data of patients included in this study showed no statistical significance in age, gender, disease diagnosis and other data, but the baseline level was consistent and comparable(P>0.05);2.Comparison of the incidence of LEDVT between the two groups:There was no significant difference in the number of cases of LEDVT between the two groups at T1(P>0.05);The number of cases of LEDVT at T2was lower in the intervention group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of coagulation function between the two groups:(1)At admission(T0),the contents of D-D,HCT,INR and FIB indexes in the two groups were statistically comparable at baseline.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the index contents of D-dimer(D-D),Hematocrit(HCT),International normalized ratio(INR)and Fibrinogen(FIB)in two groups showed statistically significant(P<0.05).The main effect of the time-point,the main effect between groups and the interaction effect were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time trend chart showed that the contents of D-D,HCT and FIB indexes in the two groups showed a decreasing trend over time, while the contents of INR indexes in the two groups showed a rising trend over time;(2)At admission(T0),the content of APTT index was statistically comparable between the two groups at baseline. The results of repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that the time effect of Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)index content had statistical significance in the two groups(P<0.05).However,the main effect and interaction between groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time trend chart showed that the content of APTT index in both groups showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing over time;(3)At admission(T0),the PT and TT index contents of the two groups were statistically comparable at baseline.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that Prothrombin time(PT)and Thrombin time(TT)index contents of the two groups showed no statistical significance in time point main effect,inter-group main effect, and interaction effect(P>0.05).The time trend chart showed that the contents of PT and TT indexes in both groups decreased first and then increased over time.4.Comparison of length of ICU stay between the two groups:the length of ICU stay in the intervention group was less than that in the control group at T2time point, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Comparison of nursing satisfaction of patients’family members between the two groups:The nursing satisfaction score of patients’family members at T2time point was higher in the intervention group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Predictive nursing can reduce the occurrence of LEDVT in ICU patients, improve the hypercoagulable state of patients’blood and accelerate the blood speed;2.Predictive care can shorten the length of stay in ICU;3.Predictive nursing can improve the satisfaction of ICU patients’families on nursing services.
