Based On Data Mining Technology,The Academic Experience Of Director Wang Zhen In Acupuncture Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression Was Analyzed

Objective:Using data mining technology as a means to sort out the effective medical records of Chief Physician Wang Zhen ’s acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression,trying to summarize the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Chief Physician Wang Zhen’s acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression,and provide new ideas for the clinical work of acupuncture treatment of poststroke depression in the future.Methods : From January 2018 to December 2022.12,2018,the medical records of post-stroke depression in the outpatient and ward of Director Wang Zhen,Department of Encephalopathy,Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and sorted out.After screening,255 medical records meeting the criteria were obtained.The medical record information was collected through the cloud platform software of ancient and modern medical records,and an Excel template matching its electronic medical record template was established.The medical records were entered into the database and standardized.The data were analyzed by data mining technology,including general conditions,symptoms,tongue and pulse conditions,TCM syndromes,and selection of acupoints.Finally,listen to director Wang Zhen treatment of the disease for many years of clinical experience,to explore the data results,objective and true exposition of director Wang Zhen ’s academic thought.Results :In terms of general data,there were 141 female patients and 114 male patients among the 255 patients in this study.Most of them were elderly patients,with a short course of disease,mostly within 3 months.In terms of tongue and pulse,the frequency of pale red tongue,thin white fur,ecchymosis and ecchymosis in tongue and thin yellow red fur in 255 diagnoses was 52.5 %,46.95 %,20.8 % and 24.3 % respectively.The frequency of wiry pulse,slippery pulse and thready pulse was more than 40 times.In terms of TCM syndromes,the common syndromes are liver qi stagnation type,qi stagnation type,depression type,heart and spleen deficiency type and yin deficiency type;they accounted for 38.0 %,26.7 %,17.6 %,12.6 % and 5.1 % of all visits,respectively.In terms of acupoint selection,Director Wang Zhen ’s overall treatment of post-stroke depression has a wide range of acupoints.Among them,there are 20 kinds of acupoints with a frequency greater than 50,namely : Baihui,Taichong,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Sishencong,Zusanli,Shenting,Hegu,Yintang,Shenmen,Waiguan,Yinlingquan,Xinshu,Taixi,Pishu,Fenglong,Ganshu,Danzhong,Shenshu.In terms of meridian tropism of acupoints,the acupoints used by Director Wang Zhen in the treatment of post-stroke depression are mainly the Governor Vessel,the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,the Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin,the Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin and the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming.The number of meridians and acupoints used is 856,312,286,267 and 236,respectively.Through the methods of network association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis,the core acupoint group 1 of director Wang Zhen ’s treatment of post-stroke depression was obtained.The core acupoint composition : Baihui,Taichong,Sishencong,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Zusanli.Conclusion:1.In terms of pathological factors,Director Wang believes that ’ deficiency ’,’depression ’,’ phlegm ’ and ’ stasis ’ are important factors in pathogenesis;qi stagnation is the main cause of disease.Liver qi stagnation is the main cause of PSD.Phlegm and blood stasis is the initiating factor of PSD.In the treatment,we should strengthen the spleen and kidney and soothe the liver qi.2.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,director Wang believes that the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression is mostly disturbed brain orifices,disuse of gods,disharmony of spleen and stomach,deficiency of heart and spleen,liver and spleen,disharmony of heart and kidney.3.Director Wang believes that PSD should be divided into different syndromes according to different characteristics,such as liver qi stagnation type,qi stagnation type,depression type,heart and spleen deficiency type,yin deficiency and fire type.4.In terms of treatment,Director Wang studied many famous theories and combined his own clinical experience for many years,and believed that he should follow the combination of meridian differentiation and viscera differentiation.First of all,the treatment should be based on the governor vessel,and then the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs should be carried out,including the treatment from liver,spleen and stomach,heart and kidney.5.Characteristics of acupoints,using data mining technology,get a set of acupoint core prescription rules of director Wang Zhen ’s diagnosis and treatment of PSD,acupoints are as follows : Baihui,Taichong,Sishencong,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Zusanli.
